Typical Czech Cuisine generally consists of pork or beef with fries or dumplings as side dishes. Fish, though widely available is not so popular. Fruit dumplings, crêpes or ice cream make up the popular Czech desserts.
For Fast Food one needs to hop over the street, where the vendors offer Czech style hot dogs with mulled wine in the Wenceslas Square in New Town and the Old Town Square. Western-style Fast Food is served in the area around Wenceslas Square or sometimes in the square itself. Old Town Square also has a lot of places with outside seating.
