Why political rallies should be held at national cemeteries

Edit The Oklahoman 26 May 2016
There’s a remarkable French film, almost a century old, by Abel Gance called “J’accuse” (“I Accuse”) ... Would the soldiers of World War II warn us of the rhetoric of nationalism, of patriotism-turned-jingoism, and of the poisonous effects of racism and fascism? Would they remind of us of the Holocaust, Japanese internment camps, and of more than 60 million dead? Would they remind us of the true cost of democracy and its true purpose?....

Concern about racism in Baha Mar criticism (Government of the Bahamas)

Edit Public Technologies 26 May 2016
(Source. Government of the Bahamas). I have taken note of the country's raging debate built on the false message about the completion and opening of the Baha Mar project. The message was sent out from a radio personality on Monday, the 23May ... What is of concern however is when racism and jingoism appear to be seeping into the dialogue and public discourse. We should not wander down that path for that is the wrong path ... (noodl. 33817250) ....

(Source. The Church of Ireland) ... Press Releases. Added on 26/05/2016 ... (Pictured above ... Far from it ... It is very easy to be condescending and disparaging about the careless racism and jingoism that we encounter in the thinking and writings of a previous generation, but I invite you to consider whether at least some of Kipling's sentiments may not be lurking beneath the surface today in our supposedly enlightened and compassionate society....

Edit Modern Ghana 23 May 2016
By Michael J.K. Bokor, Ph.D. Folks, when the NPP’s Akufo-Addo told Ghanaians that he had the men to provide a “first-class government” for the country, some of us laughed ourselves lame because we knew he was only blowing hot air to sustain his self-deceptive quest for the Presidency. Sono Luminus will release cellist Michael Nicolas’ first solo album

Edit The Examiner 21 May 2016
Oliver La Rosa ... This amounts to a sort of “myopia of action.” From my vantage point in San Francisco, I tend to associate it with much of what has been coming out of New York in the name of “new music.” However, the scope may reach farther than New York; or, just as likely, my thoughts may merely reflect personal jingoism! Perhaps the newer pieces on this recording will become more engaging after further listening experiences. ....
