Mollom moderation system

Our hosted Mollom moderation system explained in five steps:

  1. An optimized and intelligent moderation interface

Queues and content pools support you and your moderators to process a unique set of user content, without duplicating work of others. Posts can be sorted and bulk-moderated by spam score, profanity content, and more.

  2. Unified moderation for multiple web sites

Moderate all of your sites from a single, unified interface. It is trivial to moderate multiple web sites at once, even if they are based on different platforms and content management systems.1)

  3. Moderation teams

Actively support your moderation team. Content moderators can have different permissions. You can create moderation teams, define workflows, and even track the performance of individual team members.

  4. Moderation as a Service

You can seamlessly outsource the moderation of your sites to individual moderators, or even entire dedicated moderation teams.

  5. Detailed insight, analytics and scorecards

Leverage all of Mollom's capabilities to take your moderation experience to the next level. You have access to all of Mollom's strong spam fighting capabilities.
