Introduction
In order to compile information on national Clearing-House Mechanisms, two questionnaires have been prepared:
- A questionnaire on decision IX/30.
- A questionnaire on the national CHM websites.
These questionnaires are available in
English,
French and
Spanish. They can be answered either
online or in a
Word document.
