James Stephen Ringo (November 21, 1931 – November 19, 2007) was a professional American football player, a Hall of Fame center and coach. He was a ten-time Pro Bowler during his career.
Ringo grew up in Phillipsburg, New Jersey and played high school football at Phillipsburg High School. He went on to play college football at Syracuse University.
The Packers drafted him in the seventh round of the 1953 NFL Draft out of Syracuse. Ringo was considered vastly undersized at 211 pounds.
He was not, however, unfit for the role, using his outstanding quickness and excellent technique to build a 15-year NFL career, including 11 seasons with the Packers, as one of the game's best centers.
Ringo played for four different head coaches in his Packers tenure. In his first six seasons in Green Bay, playing under Gene Ronzani (1953), Lisle Blackbourn (1954–57) and Ray "Scooter" McLean (1958), the Packers went 20-50-2 (.291).
But Vince Lombardi's arrival in 1959 changed everything, and for Ringo's next five seasons the Packers went 50-15-1 (.765) and 2-1 in championship games. Ringo certainly knew individual success before the Lombardi era, attending his first of seven straight Pro Bowls in 1957,but he flourished under the coaching legend, earning consensus All-Pro honors from 1959-63.
Eldred Gregory Peck (April 5, 1916 – June 12, 2003) was an American actor who was one of the most popular film stars from the 1940s to the 1960s. Peck continued to play major film roles until the late 1970s. His performance as Atticus Finch in the 1962 film To Kill a Mockingbird earned him the Academy Award for Best Actor. He had also been nominated for an Oscar for the same category for The Keys of the Kingdom (1944), The Yearling (1946), Gentleman's Agreement (1947) and Twelve O'Clock High (1949). Other notable films he appeared in include Spellbound (1945), The Paradine Case (1947), Roman Holiday (1953), Moby Dick (1956) (and its 1998 miniseries of the same name), The Guns of Navarone (1961), Cape Fear (1962) (and its 1991 remake of the same name), How the West Was Won (1962), The Omen (1976) and The Boys from Brazil (1978).
President Lyndon Johnson honored Peck with the Presidential Medal of Freedom in 1969 for his lifetime humanitarian efforts. In 1999, the American Film Institute named Peck among Greatest Male Stars of Classic Hollywood cinema, ranking at No. 12. He was named to the International Best Dressed List Hall of Fame in 1983.

Jimi Ringo. James Albert "Jimi" Ringo was born Aug 22 1953 in Venice where he lived all his life. A slide guitarist, he performed with many bands and at age 17 was considered to be one of Duane Allman's protégés. In the early 70's Capricorn Studios in Macon Ga. showed interest in a band Jimmy was in with Richy Kicklighter called Blue South. They recorded several tracks while crashing at some of the Allman Brothers apartments. After a long battle with drug addiction that started at a very young age Jimi died on Oct 12 1996. He was 43 years old. Luckily, his Spirit lives on in recordings like this along with several great memories of watching Jimmy jam with the original Allman Brothers Band and other talented musicians.

Great hillbilly rocker written by Fred Maddox and Jimmy Ringo. I wouldn't be surprised if that's Fred on bass. Mac Wiseman also recorded this song for Dot in 1960 but it wasn't released until 1992.
