New Year’s Eve Overview from ABC Berlin (Germany)

January 10th, 2012

The night of the new year’s eve has seen again a lot of different type of protests taking place in Germany against prisons and all forms of detention, as well as against some of those, who daily enforce their existence.

The traditional demonstrations at local prisons saw an increase in their numbers and more cities decided that this was a good way to salute the upcoming year.

In Berlin, the month of December hosted several events under the motto “Behind different windows… but the chains remain the same ones! New year’s eve to the prisons – question, demount and destroy the machine of prison!”, events ranged from discussion about ongoing trials against comrades, the building of a new detention center at the new Berlin’s airport, to a demonstration against the local detention center for immigrants. Hidayat in prison in Makassar after Bima demo – call for solidarity! (Indonesia)

January 6th, 2012

From negasi-negasi & kokemi via hidup biasa:

Makassar Police Headquarters have finally charged our comrade Hidayat, who is accused of damaging Police outposts during a demonstration supporting the people of Bima. According to the police, Hidayat’s status has been changed to ‘accused’ because they have sufficiently strong evidence to justify this higher level. They also claim to have video and photo evidence.

Hidayat participated in a solidarity action that took place in Makassar on 26th December 2011 against the brutal police clearance of the anti-mining protest in Bima, where thousands of people had occupied Sape port. From what we have managed to find out, he was arrested secretively in the crowds between Jalan Gunung Bawakaraeng and Karebosi Link. Read the rest of this entry »

Buenos Aires: Communique for arsons of luxury vehicles and bombing of police station (Argentina)

January 6th, 2012

From liberaciontotal, translated by war on society:

Communique:

By means of this communique we claim responsibility for the deliberate arson of two luxury vans last morning–the first at the intersection of Rawson and Diaz Velez in the Almagro neighborhood, totally destroying the vehicle, and the second at the intersection of Senillosa and Rondeau, Boedo, burning the van with partial damages.

This action is framed within gestures of international solidarity for with the prisoners of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire, who have shown courage and consistency in their recent escape attempt, in solidarity with Eat and Billy, anarchist guerrillas belonging to the FAI captured in Indonesia, and in clear support of all the prisoners in war against authority, especially Freddy, Marcelo and Juan, Gabriel Pombo da Silva, Marco Camenisch… likewise in complicit wink to the comrades who beat up the enemy in the streets.

We take this occasion to reiterate that on December 20, approximately at 2:30 am, we left an incendiary/explosive device at the front door of the 3rd Precinct located at 1560 Tucuman, in vengeance for the fallen during the revolt of 2001 and in clear destructive feeling toward the servants of order. We released a communique to this effect at the time, to various mass media (which obviously censored it), but also to an internet page of the anarchist space, which it did not include for reasons we do not know of. [As LT explain in posting this release, the 12/20 communique must have been lost due to technical email problems since they do not censor these kinds of communication - transl.] From now on, we will send copies of our communiques to various anarchist sites, and another communique when the situation requires it to the mass media..

We reproduce below the [12/20] communique released at that time.

To continue the offensive with what we have at hand…

Against the anti-terrorist law, the biometric identification law,
and against all the laws, fire and gunpowder!!!

Death the gendarmeria, prefectura and every kind of police!!!

To not await any social consensus, to attack now and immediately what intends to destroy us, to position ourselves, to wage war!!!

Antagonist Cell for Complete Freedom / FAI – IRF

-

Communique from 12/20:

Last night, hours after the beginning of the new anniversary of December 20, we have deposited our rage embodied this time in a liter of gasoline and a good amount of black border at the door of the 3rd Precinct located at 1560 Tucuman st, under the very noses of the torturers. We carried out this action in vengeance for the fallen during the revolt of December 2001, but also in memory of Dario Santallan and Maximiliano Kostecky, later murdered during the command of the narco-trafficker Eduardo Duhalde, and in memory of all those murdered by the police in times of progressive democracy and applauded by the vast majority of the society. We, for ourselves, are not going to remain passive observing how they murder fighters in cold blood, however ideas may separate us, the practices of direct confrontation bring us close, as well as the sincerity in the struggle. To all those who in one way or another confronted and confront authority, this gesture is directed to them, DEATH TO ALL THE POLITICAL PARTIES WHO IN A FEW HOURS WILL COME TO THE PLAZA DE MAYO WITH THEIR SHIT PACIFYING DISCOURSE, SHITTING ON THE MEMORY OF THE DEAD!! LONG LIVE LOOTING, DIRECT ACTION, ROBBERY, LONG LIVE ANARCHY!!! FOR PRECISION AND DEADLINESS IN OUR BLOWS!!!

With love for comrade Luciano Pitronello and the comrades of the Conspiracy of Cells of Fire…

Solidarity with Sonja and Christian of the Revolutionary Cells (Germany)

January 3rd, 2012

Solidarity with Sonja and Christian!
After 33 years in French exile, Sonja Suder, 79, and Christian Gauger, 70, were extradited to Germany on September 14, 2011. Christian was transported across the border in an ambulance! Sonja was jailed in Frankfurt-Preungesheim; Christian in a prison hospital. Christian, who suffered cardiac arrest in October of 1997 and has since been under constant medical and personal care, wasn’t released from detention until one month after his extradition; he now is forced to report to the cops twice per week. Sonja, who continues to be detained in Preungesheim, is likely the oldest woman in Europe awaiting trial in jail. Prosecutors brought charges in November and are planning to bring the cases to trial in 2012.

A Long Tradition of Resistance
As part of the political left, the Revolutionaere Zellen (Revolutionary Cells, RZ) started tackling the revolutionary perspective in the BRD in 1973, striving to identify novel formats of militancy and starting points for resistance. It formed a third urban guerilla group, next to RAF and Bewegung 2. Juni (2nd June Movement); however, RZ opted against a vanguard position, choosing to act from within the legal left movement instead. In the mid-1970s, RZ spawned a feminist organization, Rote Zora. RZ and Rote Zora ceased action in the early 1990s. Read the rest of this entry »

California State Law Enforcement Agency Website Defaced & Destroyed By #Antisec (USA)

January 2nd, 2012

325 receives and transmits:

CALIFORNIA LAW ENFORCEMENT ASSOCIATION – DEFACED AND DESTROYED BY ANTISEC
*******************************************************************************/

Soundtrack to the Rev Track: The Coup – Five Million Ways to Kill a CEO

I’m from the land where the Panthers grew
You know the city and the avenue
If you the boss we be smabbin through
And we’ll be grabbin’ you
To say “What’s up with the revenue?”

Most everybody already knows that we don’t like police very much. Shit, just
about everybody hates them, everybody except for the rich and powerful who
depend on their protection. But which state got the most blood on their hands?
Well we already owned pigs in Texas and Arizona, and many many others; guess its time to ride on the California police.

From the murder of Oscar Grant, the repression of the occupation movement, the
assassination of George Jackson in San Quinten prison, the prosecution of our
anonymous comrades in San Jose, and the dehumanizing conditions in California
jails and prisons today, California police have a notorious history of brutality
and therefore have been on our hitlist for a good minute now.

So we went ahead and owned the California State Law Enforcement Association
(CSLEA.COM), defacing their website and giving out live backdoors. Read the rest of this entry »

New from Act For Freedom Now! Revolutionary Struggle PDF – Trial Solidarity Zine

December 31st, 2011

New from Act For Freedom Now! Revolutionary Struggle PDF – Trial Solidarity Zine

Download now for free from Actforfreedomnow! A collection of letters, texts and communiques from the armed group ‘ Revolutionary Struggle’ and their accused. Released during their current trial and intended to be one more nail in the coffin of the legitimacy of the State and the capitalist system.

From the introduction:

In the days of April 2010, when the Greek government finally agreed to accept a loan from the International Monetary Fund to begin the take-over of the country into the hands of the international financiers, the security services had prepared a media spectacle to mark the occasion: the capture of 6 anarchist fighters for the purpose of the submission of the social struggle.

Anarchist fighters who had been a thorn in their side for some time, were now hostages. Hostages who had humiliated the demoralised and brutal Greek intelligence services, anti-terrorist divisions and their American occupier counterparts, the CIA, who had sought out the Revolutionary Struggle (‘Epanastatikos Agwnas’ – EA – in Greek language) for a Rocket Propelled Grenade attack against the US Embassy in Athens. This daring and symbolic action came amongst scores of other targeted attacks which struck for years with symbolically definitive high-impact blows against the institutions of capitalism and government, accompanied by dozens and dozens of pages of critical, thoughtful and articulate anarchist analysis of the institutional structures that parasite on the social wealth produced by labour, with social and economic self-organisation put forward as an anti-capitalist and anti-state egalitarian alternative. Revolutionary Struggle are Nikos Maziotis, Pola Roupa, Kostas Gournas and the fallen Lambros Foundas. Together they formed a group of social-libertarian anarchists based in the busy capital, Athens, who directed their armed activities in the class interests of the exploited workers of Greece and within/alongside the specific mass anarchist/anti-authoritarian movement from 2003-2010.

And now, they continue their fight in the court rooms and prisons of the Greek regime, where they push an even harder fight to the legitimacy of the capitalist enemy. As this collection was being assembled, the show-piece trial against the comrades continues, which is partnered by a campaign of repression against the anarchist/anti-authoritarian movement in general and specifically to several anarchists who deny responsibility. What the Greek security services and their foreign colleagues wish to prevent through intimidation, surveillance and imprisonment is contagion. Contagion of tactics which made a mockery of their system and showed how easily it could be struck by anyone. Contagion of ideas which has now spread far beyond the world-wide anarchist/anti-authoritarian movement into the general masses of people who are angry with everything, wishing to see it all come down and something much more humane begin. …

Action against prison in Hamburg (Germany)

December 31st, 2011

The 30th December a crowd of people gathered short but well-seen and heard in front of the custody and deportation prison Holstenglacis in Hamburg. A banner with the words “Freedom for all-against all walls” (in German language) was held and a few words against all prisons and greetings to the prisoners were spoken. Together with a lot of fireworks the Gate, the entrance and a watchtower were couloured with paintbombs. When the pigs arrived the people ended the action and left. In the evening a lot of police controls of random people in the area happened.

Greetings to the NYE anti-prison demos in Berlin, Bremen, Köln, Stuttgart and all over the World!

For a world without oppression and exploition!

A flyer (German language) givenout at the action. It’s about a recent death of a prisoner in the Holstenglacis prison. He took his life but was murdered by the prison, the state, this reality!…

Communique for attacks on two banks in Frascati, Rome (Italy)

December 30th, 2011

From vivalaanarquia, translated by war on society (it is a partial translation):

12/22/2011 Frascati (Rome)

The newly inaugurated DeutscheBank in the main plaza of Frascati was hit, the windows and ATMs were destroyed. In the place slogans were written: “work is consumption (A),” “Struggle for anarchy,” “The Earth is wild!”

Banco Popular of Sondrio was burned a few yards from the DeutscheBank on the same night, it was attacked with a homemade incendiary bomb. By means of the local papers it has been discovered unexpectedly that the bomb exploded in the entrance and allowed the fire to spread, even inside of the bank, which was completely destroyed. Bank Closed! Slogans were left “against technological-industrial domination (A),” “slaves to consumption,” “Viva anarchy!”

* * * * *

We have chosen the path to follow, you already know at what risk, but, above all, we have chosen to give ourselves an expectation of life consistent with our ideas and our instincts.

Our struggle against the domination of technology and industrial waste, toward total liberation, placed at the forefront of our lives.

Scientific progress and technology are always feeding on life and the earth, producing environmental disasters, of domination and control, confirming our reasons and all that we have in mind and putting into practice from this “progress”… its destruction. With the available weapons, incendiary or explosive attack on the whole system of energy, centralized and on each side, where most damage, without thinking twice, perhaps we feel bad for not having done more each time, with each attack.

Everyone screams what you feel inside, we will not stop for a single day calling for the person on the side or the warriors of Earth, brothers or combatants. We were not born in the forest, but we are ready to unleash hell for a tree to not be cut, to free an animal or to stop a monstrous industry.

Solidarity, prisoner support, support for the prisoners in prisons and the struggle against domination push us to go every day and to never pull back from the enemy. It is not necessary nor desired to feel in the minority, we do not want the consent of the honest citizens, we have nothing to ask of the governments … they do not accept certain compromises.

All the individual actions and the anarchists were murdered, wounded, imprisoned or free are part of us and of pushing armed insurgency, the Animal Liberation Front and the Earth Liberation Front and the individual cells and informal across the world.

LONG LIVE ANARCHY!
LONG LIVE THE INTERNATIONAL REVOLUTIONARY FRONT!

Barcelona: Múltiples acciones de Columna de Nihilistas (Catalunya)

December 29th, 2011

English translation available here, via war on society.

325 recibe y transmite:

Solidarity actions in Istanbul for the 64 punks arrested in Aceh, Indonesia (Turkey)

December 27th, 2011

On the 11th of December 2011, in the very conservative and religious province of Aceh in Indonesia, 64 punks who were attending a punkrock show, were arrested and taken to jail without any criminal charges whatsoever.

The only reason for them to be victim of that totally arbitrary state repression was that they are punks. The police shaved their hair off and removed their piercings, their clothes were taken away from them, replaced by “decent” ones and they were forced to wash themselves in a “religious ritual”. Then they were brainwashed and “re-educated” for ten days through “religious education” and “military discipline”.

Against this outrageous police action, solidarity actions and demonstrations took place in Moscow, London, San Francisco, Los Angeles, China and Malaysia. Read the rest of this entry »

Eight killed in protest against Australian gold mining in Bima (Indonesia)

December 27th, 2011

As part of the campaign for solidarity with the freedom struggle in Indonesia, we print this report from a comrade there:

On 24 December 2011, the tragedy happens in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia. Four people (media local said) died (eight now confirmed dead – killed by police during the resistance). It began when thousands of people including farmers blockaded the harbour of Sape in Bima. They protest to the government which had given permission to PT SMN to mine gold in the area of the area about 24.980 hectares. The people there are worried about the environmental damage. It is because most of the people there work as farmers and fisherman. The presence of the mine will destroy water sources and finally the agricultural ways in the area will be damaged.

Melbourne – Attack On Commonwealth Bank Branch (Australia)

December 24th, 2011

24 December 2011

In the early hours of the 24/12/2011 we attacked the Mountain Gate branch of the Commonwealth Bank with rocks causing some damage to windows in a small, spontaneous expression of nihilistic solidarity with our comrades fighting the state both here in Australia and all over the world.

We would like to dedicate this action to the comrades Jess and Jonathan who were arrested by the pigs and accused of the counter-attack against transit cop violence at North Melbourne railway station and to the comrades who evaded capture and are still running free. Even though we do not know you, your action filled us with much happiness and we were angered to learn of the arrests – we want you to know that you are not alone and that we also agree with your statement that it is now time to broaden the resistance here in Melbourne!

We also dedicate this action to all active anarchist cells and to all imprisoned anarchist fighters across the planet.

DESTROY THE BANKS!
DESTROY THE STATE!

Brixton Prison New Year Solidarity Demo, London (UK)

December 24th, 2011

Meet 11pm at the benches by the Ritzy (Coldharbour Lane/Brixton Road) to march to Brixton prison.

Over the past year, we have seen prison population soar to record highs. The british government with it’s neo-liberal, proto-fascist agenda sees no problem with criminalising and incarcerating thousands of people, especially youth, all across the country. After the August uprising, during which our youth showed the authorities just a taste of how much they were willing to fight back, we have seen a brutal crackdown by pigs on anyone suspected of even minor offenses. Dawn raids, CCTV manhunts and riot police patrolling our streets have seemed to have become the norm.

With 2012 starting in a few days we should look to the future and think about about the forthcoming olympic$. The police and the army will be working to ensure the smooth running of the gam€s. It is important we remember the every day repression it will bring as well as its lasting legacy of increased militarism of police, intrusion of survelliance and generally increased police powers. We cannot let this become normal.

We invite you to come celebrate new year with us in solidarity with all those currently in prison for resisting. We will not let the prison system break their spirits and our passion for their freedom WILL be heard.

SOLIDARITY WITH FRIENDS, RIOTERS AND ALL THOSE IN PRISON.
FIRE TO ALL PRISONS.

RIOT ON, RIOT NOW.
