Dorothy Thompson (1923 – 2011) and Ray Challinor (1929-2011)

The Society was sorry to learn of the death of two eminent labour historians, Dorothy Thompson and Ray Challinor.  Fuller tributes will appear later on this website.  An obituary for Dorothy Thompson by Sheila Rowbotham has been published in the Guardian.

Stephen Roberts has uploaded a presentation of images of radicals on You Tube in memory of Dorothy Thompson. It can be viewed here.
