The greatest invention, JIKJI
What do you think the greatest invention throughout the entire human history? The worlds most famous news media, such as BBC, Wall Street Journal, Washington Post and Time Magazine reported that movable metal type printing was the greatest invention throughout the entire human history. In Europe, Gutenberg published the 42-line bible in 1455 while, Koreas Jikji was published in 1377. Those two books were inscribed on the UNESCO on the same day. In Sep 4th, 2001, UNESCO registered them on the Memory of the World which is UNESCO's programme aiming at preservation and dissemination of valuable archive holdings and library collections worldwide. This video introduces the value of JIKJI and metal type printing of Korea. You can get more information about Jikji from www.prkorea.com

Hidden Treasure, Jikji
History of Japan and China = whales? History of Korea = shrimp? This is not the true history of Korea. It is a distorted history. Jikji Korea's Jikji was officially recognized as the oldest book printed with movable metal type, and was included on UNESCO's Memory of the World Register in 2001.

speaking contest -JikJi-.avi
This UCC is about Jikji, which is the oldest book among the existing books. It was printed in Goryeo dynasty, 1377, which also means 78 years prior to the Western oldest printed book, 'the Bible in 42 lines". However, although this book is a Korean legacy, this book is now under custody of the National Library of France. Therefore, I ask to the people around the world to gather the efforts to put JikJii back to its home, as this is the precious artifact which Korean ancestors gave to their descendents.

Return of Displaced Cultural Property from Abroad
The cyber diplomatic organization VANK interacts with students and teachers worldwide online. By doing so, it persuades the world that such properties are Korea's treasures signifying the spirit and the soul of Koreans. And that they should be returned to Korea since they are part of the Korean history.

North Korea Hell March ☆☆☆☆☆
North Korea and South Korea. Located on the Korean Peninsula, Korea is bordered by the People's Republic of China to the northwest, Russia to the northeast, and is separated from Japan to the east by the Korea Strait and the Sea of Japan (East Sea), and separated from the Republic of China (Taiwan) to the south by the East China Sea. Archaeological and linguistic evidence suggest the origins of the Korean people were Altaic language-speaking people from south-central Siberia,[4] who populated ancient Korea in successive waves from the Neolithic age to the Bronze Age.[5] The adoption of the Chinese writing system ("Hanja" in Korean) in the 2nd century BC, and Buddhism in the 4th century AD, had profound effects on the Three Kingdoms of Korea. Korea was united by Emperor Taejo of the Goryeo Dynasty in 936. Goryeo was a highly cultural state and created the Jikji in the 14th century, using the world's first movable metal type printing press. The Mongol invasions in the 13th century, however, greatly weakened the nation which was forced to become a tributary state. After the Mongol Empire's collapse, severe political strife followed and Goryeo was replaced by the Joseon Dynasty in 1388. The first 200 years of Joseon were marked by relative peace and saw the creation of the Korean alphabet Hangul by King Sejong the Great in the 14th century and the rise in influence of Confucianism in the country. During the latter part of the dynasty, however, Korea's isolationist policy ...
