    wanted to give a heads up to anyone using these settings for regular SD (640X480). if you shoot at 30 fps it is better to select the frame rate to 30 rather than "Current." when selecting "Current" Vimeo's transcoder would freeze the final frame of my video even though the MP4 file played fine. it was a nightmare to figure this out so i want to save any future headaches.
