Songspin.FM lets you discover the best new music on the web.
Our custom radio stations are made up of the hottest and freshest tracks you can find on the internet.
We grab information about music that is trending from a variety of sources including traditional music charts, popular blogs, digital music sales and other services.
Then we use that data to put together our stations and to keep them always updated with the best new tracks.

When you find something you really like, check out some suggestions of where you can buy the music and support the artists. Check out the artist bios and photos, find concert tickets, and share your experience with your friends.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy

Songspin.FM is powered by the amazing Soundcloud API.

All of the songs you will find on Songspin.FM come from Soundcloud.com and are uploaded by the owner. When a song is uploaded to Soundcloud, the uploader has the choice to allow the track to be streamed or downloaded on other sites via the Soundcloud API. We strictly follow the Soundcloud API Terms of Service and will never allow streaming or downloading of songs not marked as such by the owner in the Soundcloud API.

If you think that we should not be featuring your music on Songspin.FM, you should first check your Soundcloud settings and see if you have enabled streaming and or downloading of the track in Soundcloud. That is the best way to get your music off (or on!) Songspin.FM.

However if you still want Songspin.FM to remove your track you may notify us via the following process:

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide Songspin.FM with the following information:

Unless you have been specifically permitted to do so in a separate agreement with Songspin.FM, you agree that you will not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade or resell the Services for any purpose.
You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Songspin.FM has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which Songspin.FM may suffer) of any such breach.

12. TERMINATION

You agree that Songspin.FM may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately terminate your Songspin.FM account, any associated playlists and access to the Service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to, (a) breaches or violations of the TOS or other incorporated agreements or guidelines, (b) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (c) discontinuance or material modification to the Service (or any part thereof), (d) unexpected technical or security issues or problems, (e) extended periods of inactivity, (f) engagement by you in fraudulent or illegal activities, and/or (g) nonpayment of any fees owed by you in connection with the Services. Termination of your Songspin.FM account may include (a) removal of access to all offerings within the Service, including but not limited to Songspin.FM, Message Boards and other services provided, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account (or any part thereof), and (c) barring of further use of the Service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in Songspin.FM's sole discretion and that Songspin.FM shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, any associated email address, or access to the Service.

Songspin.FM grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the object code of its Software on a single computer; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Software.
