New Humanist: Ideas for godless people

Resolution by Mike TurnerNew Year's resolution?
Just say no

At this time of year the mind inevitably turns to resolutions, so we have some advice for you. First Myra Zepf offers her novel proposal about how to deal with kids' questions. We must respect their intelligence and nurture their intellects, she argues, so don't, whatever you do, answer their questions. Plus Sally Feldman looks at the annual cult of dieting and warns that fasting can do serious damage to your rationalism. Both pieces are from the current issue of New Humanist magazine.
