Blogrolled

Another WSMer with a blog has been added to the sidebar.

That's the easy bit; the hard bit is that it is in Italian and my crash course in learning Italian isn't pencilled in until 2009 (same year Livorno is scheduled to win the Scuddetto). Nevertheless, I want to extend a warm welcome to Movimento Socialista Mondiale, which is written and maintained by a comrade from Milan Verona.

Hi Darren, from Verona and scudetto, not scuddetto. :-D

Oops - sorry about that.

I'm bringing those Italian lessons a year forward, and my apologies for not putting the link up earlier.

Darren--

You can use Babelfish to translate pages. We've been having much recent success with the Spanish translator at C&S.;

Hello John,

My experience of babelfish has never been the greatest, so I would be interested to know if babelfish has improved much since I had to use it a few years ago.

That was during the 'VernikGate' scandal when I was trying to translate messages from a Russian language left discussion list into English, to find out more info about the Ukrainian section of the CWI.

I just remember that it totally did my head in.
