Iran is to test long-range missiles as part of its 10-day naval drills in the Persian Gulf. The maneuvers come amid saber-rattling with Washington. Two US warships have entered an area Iran is using for large-scale naval wargames further escalating tension between the nations. The manuevers are taking place in neutral waters close to the crucial Strait of Hormuz oil supply route, Tehran Iran has threatened to block, if the West imposes sanctions over Iran's alleged nuclear programme.
