Sorry about the lack of posting lately. School has really hit me hard this week. This album was submitted to me this week by Aviv Cohn, under the name the Widest Smiling Faces, and it has been pleasing to my ears over the past few days. The music takes on many different directions, but mostly comes back to the acoustic guitar/singing direction. The “Airplane”, “Jellyfish Song”, and “Death” trio is the definite highlight of the album, then leading into “The only lonely ocean”, a very soft ballad with dim vocals. Although only 27 minutes long, it is still a pleasant listen for a late night. And I fucking love the album art.
