GeoClan is selling t-shirts to raise money for a few projects we have going on this year! GeoClan is a collaborative of friends, artist, educators, etc that upload social change through art, education, activism, and outreach. Our motto is ‘I MAKE CHANGE’ and our t-shirts with that mantra now on sale.
They come in a host of colors and sizes youth, small, medium, large xl, xxl and there are a few xxxl’s in a few colors (check availability). They are one for $15 and 2 for $25 so hook up with someone else and just pay $10. If you are part of an organization that also uploads change, get at us for a discount as well!
Some of the future projects this will help fund include:
* GeoClan.com, this here website dedicated to giving people a voice and Uploading Change.
* the 2011 Art Fix, which is an annual event that allows local vendors and artists to showcase their talents.
* the 2011 MLK Symposium that brings students and adults together for a day with workshops, seminars and a panel based around the work of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
* Issues Through Film, a series of educational and social activist films that are openly shown at a venue for FREE with a discussion and snacks to help spark discussion and uproot issues that are commonly missed in mainstream theaters.
GeoClan also participates in the Day of Service each year in honor of MLK.
