Horrified Dr. Ghunghroo, his wife, and Rajiv flee to Sun City in South Africa to find a way to escape this ordeal. Coincidentally Majnu and Sanjana, and a group of her friends, have all gone to Sun City to vacation. Dr. Ghunghroo meets Sanjana, not knowing that she is indeed the sister of Uday and Majnu, and he immediately comes up with a plan. Rajiv is to win this girl's heart, and then they are to marry, at which point Dr. Ghunghroo would go to Uday apologizing claiming that Rajiv had secretly married a long time ago and had deceived Dr. Ghunghroo. When Dr. Ghunghroo shows Rajiv a picture he took of Sanjana, Rajiv recognizes the girl from the burning building and immediately accepts this plan to try to impress Sanjana. While Rajiv and Sanjana meet and participate in a pranking competition in Sun City, Dr. Ghunghroo sees Majnu and immediately tries to avoid him. However, his plan is successful, and Rajiv and Sanjana are in love.
Returning home, Rajiv goes to meet Sanjana's brother, not knowing that Uday Shetty is the same mobster don that they had been trying to avoid, he makes good friends with Uday, and requests that Uday use his power and money to help get two gansters off of Rajiv's back. Uday gladly agrees, at which point Rajiv, joins Dr. Ghunghroo in the middle of consulting Majnu about breaking the original alliance. Majnu believes that Sanjana has found her perfect man, and therefore wish to break the alliance with Dr. Ghunghroo, while Dr. Ghunghroo enacts his plan to break off with Majnu. Little did Majnu know, that Sanjana's perfect man, and Dr. Ghunghroo's nephew, Rajiv, were the same person. Then Rajiv makes plans to go to a certain party of Uday's so that Sanjana and Uday can meet with Rajiv's family. Upon meeting the family, Dr. Ghunghroo recognizes Uday and passes out. In an ambulance ride to the hospital, Uday regains consciousness and makes it clear to his family that Sanjana is Uday Shetty's sister, and that the girl they found to get rid of the original alliance, was the same girl they made an alliance with in the first place. Meanwhile, Uday and Majnu realize that the perfect man Sanjana had found, was the same man they made an alliance with, and feeling tricked, they angrily go to Dr. Ghunghroo in the hospital in order to threaten him. Dr. Ghunghroo acts as if he is still unconscious and thus Majnu goes to Rajiv, and threatens him at gunpoint to marry Sanjana. Rajiv and Sanjana actually love each other, so while Rajiv really wants to marry her, he must convince his Uncle. Thus he goes to Uday and Majnu, and explains his feelings for Sanjana, and tells them he will not marry at gunpoint. Uday and Majnu immediately lighten up and together, they go to Dr. Ghunghroo to put on an act where Uday and Majnu beg forgiveness.
Dr. Ghunghroo finally agrees and Uday and Majnu invite a close friend, and a more powerful mob don, Ranvir Dhanraj alias RDX (Feroz Khan). As the Engagement party continues a girl named Ishika (Malika Sherawat) crashes the party claiming to be Rajiv's childhood betrothed. Ishika was an old childhood friend that Dr. Ghunghroo asked to come and try to break off the arrangement. Ishika, appealing to RDX, manages to successfully annul the engagement. Rajiv and Sanjana are deeply saddened by the situation, and Dr. Ghunghroo, seeing this, reveals to Rajiv that Dr. Ghunghroo's behavior is due to Rajiv's mother's last few wishes. Rajiv's mother had married into a crime family and was harassed and tortured while in it. Thus when Rajiv was born she gave him to Dr. Ghunghroo and told him to raise Rajiv away from crime. Then Dr. Ghunghroo says he will agree to the engagement on one condition, that Uday give up his life of crime. Rajiv and Sanjana go about doing this by trying to reawaken Uday's love for acting. They appoint a few friends to act as a director, who hires Uday Shetty, and gets him into acting again. However Majnu, upon visiting the set, hears the Director mouth off to Uday, and in his anger, destroys the set. Then Ishika steps in to help by acting as the film's heroine meeting Uday and saving the film. Meanwhile Rajiv and Sanjana turn to Majnu and encourage him to push forward in his love for painting. He has one of Majnu's painting sell at an auction claiming that a girl like Iravati would appear and that a love relationship would form between her and Majnu. Indeed Ishika poses as this girl and intentionally catches the heart of Majnu, now going once again by Sagar Pandey. Meanwhile acting as the heroine on the set, she accidentally catches the heart of Uday Shetty as well. Seeing as both of them are pursuing what they love and have no time for criminal activities. However, Rajiv's actions anger RDX's son, Lucky, who then attempts to Kill Rajiv. However in the fighting, Sanjana gets ahold of the gun and fires a shot into the air. The shot ricochets off the ceiling and hits lucky in the shoulder causing him to fall unconscious. Dr. Ghunghroo, Rajiv, and Sanjana see this as a good opportunity to get rid of Lucky and after getting Uday and Sagar in on the plan, they try to drive Lucky to a crematorium. RDX is told of his son's death and in agony comes to attend the cremation. However lucky gets up and runs away trying to find his father and show him that he's alive. RDX shows up to the crematorium where there is no body to be burned, so Dr. Ghunghroo jumps onto the stand and acts as the dead body. Lucky gets to the crematorium and hides under a pile of wood, Rajiv, in hot pursuit arrives at the crematorium to see his uncle's body on the alter and breaks down into agony believing Dr. Ghunghroo to actually be dead. He is however quietly told that it's an act and starts trying to get him out of there without RDX seeing. Then Ghunghroo's wife arrives and believing him to be dead, also cries over his body. Rajiv, Sagar, Sanjana, and Uday realize that Lucky is hiding under a pile of wood and finds this the perfect chance. Then a whole bunch of men pick up the body covered in sheets taking it to the wood pile slowly allowing Dr. Ghunghroo to jump out of the sheets, which are then placed over the pile of wood. Then RDX sets the pile of wood on fire believing he is cremating his dead son's body. However Lucky, realizing that his hiding place is on fire, jumps out and is saved by RDX and his men.
Rajiv, Ghunghroo, his wife, Ishika, Uday, Sagar, Sanjana, and their men all flee but are eventually captured and brought to a certain home of RDX set next to a cliff. There, the group is forced to play a version of hot potato with the end result being the holder of RDX's globe must jump off the cliff. The music stops first on Dr. Ghunghroo who quickly tosses the globe behind him only to be caught by one of RDX's henchmen. Claiming that rules are rules, RDX orders his man to jump off, which he obediently does so. The game continues and Rajiv, in his love for Sanjana, Takes the globe and refuses to pass it to her. RDX has his back turned so he doesn' see this, but Lucky does. Lucky goes up to Rajiv, yanks the globe out of his hands and is about to give it to Sanjana, when the music stops leaving Lucky with the globe, putting RDX in a tough position. RDX figures the only way he can maintain his image is by shooting everyone in the cabin, however before he does so, a team of government brokers, sneak up to the cabin, and cut it's footings causing it to start to fall over the cliff, with everyone trapped inside. However the cabin is suspended by only one column and as the group tries to balance the cabin in the turmoil, Lucky attempts to shoot Rajiv, and the bullet flies out the window and strikes a nearby bee hive. More chaos ensues as the group is now trying to balance the house while fending off bees. A certain spray gets rid of them, and then Rajiv manages to find a rope, attaches a hook to the end of it, and Throws it to the clifftop. Then the group uses the rope to travel over the column onto stable ground. Meanwhile the Column is starting to lose it's hold. Suddenly the floor breaks out from the bottom of the cabin, and Lucky is left hanging on for dear life. Rajiv uses the rope to go back and rescue Lucky allowing him to reach stable ground before the column collapses causing the house to fall over the cliff with Rajiv still on it. Everyone mourns over Rajiv's apparent death, however Rajiv managed to use the rope to save himself and climbs back up the cliff to be reunited with Sanjana. Lucky is grateful to Rajiv claiming that RDX and Lucky are indebted to him, at which point Rajiv requests that even RDX discontinue his life of crime, and RDX decides he will make wedding arrangements for Rajiv and Sanjana himself. The final scene ends in a comic turn as Sagar and Uday both realize they were in love with the same woman, Ishika, and so Rajiv, Sanjana, and Ishika flee while the rest of the group laughs at Uday and Sagar who had been pranked.

Nicolas Sebastien Anelka (; (Abdul-Salam Bilal after conversion to Islam) born 14 March 1979) is a French international footballer who plays as a striker for English Premier League club Chelsea. Anelka was also a regular starter for the French national team. Former Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti has described him as a quick player with good aerial ability, technique, shooting, and movement off the ball.
Anelka began his career at Paris Saint-Germain, but soon moved to Arsenal. He became a first team regular and won the PFA Young Player of the Year Award the following season. Real Madrid signed him for £22.3 million in 1999, a record fee at the time, but he did not settle in well and returned to Paris Saint-Germain in a £20 million deal. Despite regular first team football in Paris, Anelka set his eyes upon the Premier League once more; he went on loan to Liverpool in January 2002 but joined Manchester City for £13 million at the start of the 2002–03 season.
After three seasons in Manchester, he moved to Fenerbahçe for two seasons before returning to England to join Bolton Wanderers – in deals worth £7 million and £8 million, respectively. He transferred to Chelsea from Bolton for a reported £15 million in January 2008. During his transfers over the years, he has built an aggregate transfer cost of just under £90 million. He is one of only three players to have won the Premier League with two different clubs.
Anelka has played many times at international level and won his first international honours with France at Euro 2000, and won the Confederations Cup the following year. His failure to settle at club level limited his international appearances, but he returned to the national team for the Euro 2008 competition.
On 19 June 2010, Anelka was excluded by the French Football Federation from the 2010 World Cup in South Africa for "comments directed against the national coach, Raymond Domenech, unacceptable to the FFF, French football, and the principles they uphold." Two months later, having failing to turn up to his disciplinary hearing, he was banned for France's next eighteen games by the FFF, effectively ending his international career.
A player with exceptional pace, he won the PFA Young Player of the Year Award in the 1998–99 season, but Arsenal failed to defend their Premier League title and made little progress in the UEFA Champions League, while Anelka wanted a better salary. Fans turned on the striker amid transfer speculation and a perceived lack of enthusiasm, giving him the nickname "Le Sulk." In all he made 72 first team appearances and 17 appearances as a sub for Arsenal, scoring 27 goals.
During January 2007, Anelka stated that he would be willing to leave Bolton for a return to former club Arsenal. However, Anelka pledged his future to Bolton in July 2007, following talks with manager Sammy Lee. Anelka later said he would reluctantly consider leaving the club if Bolton's poor start to the 2007–08 season continued, but later signed a new four-year contract until 2011 on 30 August.
In the 2008 UEFA Champions League Final, Anelka's seventh and decisive penalty was saved by Edwin van der Sar, ultimately resulting in Manchester United winning the Champions League. Anelka later blamed manager Avram Grant for his penalty miss, claiming he was not given enough time on the pitch, neither was he given enough time to properly warm up before coming on as a late substitute. On 3 August 2008, Anelka scored four goals in a 5–0 friendly win against AC Milan.
With Didier Drogba injured at the beginning of the 2008–09 season, Anelka made a very impressive start to the campaign. He scored 25 times – 19 of which in the Premier League, making the Frenchman the first player to reach 10 goals in the competition that season. For this, he was awarded with a Golden Boot Award on 14 November 2008 and was in the running for the end of season Golden Boot accolade. Anelka scored his first competitive hat-trick for Chelsea against Sunderland, in a 5–0 home win on 1 November 2008, and followed this up with two braces against Blackburn Rovers, then West Bromwich Albion. He established himself as an important member of the squad and maintained his place in the team despite the return to fitness of Drogba. After the arrival of Guus Hiddink, Anelka was more often played on the wing. Furthermore, he was ranked among the top goalscorers in the league for the season. He scored another hat-trick against Watford in the FA Cup to earn Chelsea a 3–1 victory at Vicarage Road. On 10 May, he scored one goal and set up another in a 4–1 away win against former club Arsenal. A goal in Chelsea's final Premier League game of the season at Sunderland put him as top goal scorer for the season in the Premier League, earning him the Golden Boot with 19 goals in total.
thumb|100px|left|Anelka warming up for ChelseaAnelka scored his first goal of the 2009–10 season against West London rivals Fulham in a 2–0 win at Craven Cottage, before continuing his fine form with the opening goal in Chelsea's 3–0 win over Burnley the following weekend. He netted his third goal of the season in the opening game of the UEFA Champions League group stage in the 1–0 victory over FC Porto. Anelka scored one of the best goals of his season against APOEL Nicosia in the Champions League with the ball being passed in to the net from outside the box. Anelka scored his third league goal of the season against Liverpool at Stamford Bridge in a 2–0 win with the second goal coming from French team-mate Florent Malouda. Anelka continued his fine scoring run in the Champions League with the winner in the 1–0 victory over FC Porto at the Estadio Dragao, making Chelsea only the second ever English side to win at Porto's home ground. He continued his scoring in the season by scoring Chelsea's first goal in a 3–3 draw against Everton in the Premier League, his first goal in the competition since October. He followed that up with another goal in Chelsea's 2–1 victory over Portsmouth. On 16 January 2010 on his return from injury, Anelka scored twice in an astonishing 7–2 victory over Sunderland. He continued this fine form into the next match scoring in an FA Cup tie against Preston North End bringing his tally in the previous 4 matches to 5 goals. Talks over his contract have stalled leading to rumours of yet another move to another club. After the return of Drogba from the African Cup of Nations, Anelka had been playing on the wing to support him. Anelka scored his first goal since January in a 1–0 win over his old team Bolton Wanderers in April 2010 putting Chelsea four points ahead of second place Manchester United. On the final day of the season Anelka scored two goals against Wigan Athletic, including the first Chelsea goal in the sixth minute, to help Chelsea win their third Premier League title and their first in four years. Anelka (along with Ashley Cole) joined Henning Berg in the exclusive band of players who have won the Premier League title with two different clubs. On 24 June 2010, Chelsea Football Club announced that Anelka had signed a new one-year extension to his existing contract that will keep him at the club until 2012.
Anelka started the 2010–11 campaign in fine form for Chelsea. He assisted Florent Malouda's last goal against West Bromwich Albion on the opening day of the season, scored a double in the next game against Wigan Athletic, and won a penalty against Stoke City in Chelsea's third game of the season. He continued this fine form in Chelsea's first Champions League game, scoring a first half brace against MSK Zilina. Further goals against Marseille and Spartak Moscow ensured that this was the first season since playing for that he had scored at least four goals in a UEFA Champions League Season. On 19 October, during Chelsea's Champions League group-stage match against Spartak Moscow, Anelka continued his impressive goal scoring form in the Champions League, netting the second goal of the match and his 50th goal for Chelsea in the 43rd minute of the game. Anelka scored Chelsea's first goal of the 2011-12 season against West Bromwich Albion.
Anelka came on as a substitute in the Euro 2008 qualifier against Lithuania on 24 March 2007, and scored the only goal in a 1–0 victory. Following his performance, Anelka was praised by Raymond Domenech: "It is the Nicolas I like to see... when he shows these qualities, he is a candidate for a permanent place." He also scored in the 2–0 victory against Ukraine on 2 June 2007.
Anelka featured in the France squad for Euro 2008 in Austria and Switzerland. Anelka started France's first group game against Romania, but was substituted after 72 minutes. He did not start either of France's remaining two games in the tournament against the Netherlands and Italy, coming on as a substitute in both games.
Anelka played a key role in France's FIFA World Cup playoff against the Republic of Ireland. He scored the winning goal in the 72nd minute that put France in a good position with one away goal.
During the 2010 World Cup, Anelka was sent home after reportedly abusing coach Raymond Domenech at half-time during the 2–0 defeat to Mexico. Following criticism of his positioning by Domenech, Anelka is reported to have said, “Va te faire enculer, sale fils de pute” meaning "Go and get yourself fucked, dirty son of a whore." The incident was later reported by the media, and the player refused to publicly apologise when asked to by French Football Federation president Jean-Pierre Escalettes. The next day, the squad refused to get to training in protest against Anelka's expulsion. Anelka was subsequently hit by an 18-game suspension from international football by the FFF as punishment for his actions, effectively ending his international career. Anelka later claimed to be "dying with laughter" at the 18-match ban, as he had already decided to retire from international play.
After discussing religion with some childhood friends, Anelka converted to Islam in 2004 in the United Arab Emirates, taking the Muslim name of Abdul-Salam Bilal. Initially, Anelka considered leaving European football to play in the UAE: "I am ready to stay here and to play for a club in the Emirates. I am not keen to go back to England or France." However, this did not come to pass and he briefly moved to Turkey instead.
Anelka has two brothers, Claude and Didier. He has mentioned that his grandmother was of Albanian Heritage, he dedicated a goal to her by symbolizing the double-headed eagle as a celebration.

The success of Not the Nine O'Clock News led to his starring in the medieval sitcom The Black Adder, which he also co-wrote with Richard Curtis, in 1983. After a three-year gap, in part due to budgetary concerns, a second series was written, this time by Curtis and Ben Elton, and first screened in 1986. Blackadder II followed the fortunes of one of the descendants of Atkinson's original character, this time in the Elizabethan era. The same pattern was repeated in the two sequels Blackadder the Third (1987) (set in the Regency era), and Blackadder Goes Forth (1989) (set in World War I). The Blackadder series went on to become one of the most successful BBC situation comedies of all time, spawning television specials including Blackadder's Christmas Carol (1988) and Blackadder: The Cavalier Years (1988).
Atkinson's other famous creation, the hapless Mr. Bean, first appeared on New Years Day in 1990 in a half-hour special for Thames Television. The character of Mr. Bean has been likened somewhat to a modern-day Buster Keaton. During this time, Atkinson appeared at the Just for Laughs comedy festival in Montreal in 1987 and 1989. Several sequels to Mr. Bean appeared on television in the 1990s, and it eventually made into a major motion picture in 1997. Entitled Bean, it was directed by Mel Smith, his former co-star from Not the Nine O'Clock News. A second movie was released in 2007 entitled Mr. Bean's Holiday.
In 1995 and 1997, Atkinson portrayed Inspector Raymond Fowler in the popular The Thin Blue Line television series, written by Ben Elton, which takes place in a police station located in fictitious Gasforth.
Atkinson has fronted campaigns for Kronenbourg, Hitachi electrical goods, Fujifilm, and Give Blood. Atkinson appeared as a hapless and error-prone espionage agent in a long-running series for Barclaycard, on which character his title role in Johnny English and Johnny English Reborn was based.
He also starred in a comedy spoof of Doctor Who as the Doctor, for a red nose day benefit.
Atkinson has also starred as the Star in a Reasonably Priced Car in the motoring show, Top Gear in July 2011, where he recorded the fastest lap in the Kia Cee'd with a time of 1:42.2.
Atkinson gained further recognition with his turn as a verbally bumbling vicar in the 1994 hit Four Weddings and a Funeral. That same year he was featured in Walt Disney's The Lion King as Zazu the Red-billed Hornbill. Atkinson continued to appear in supporting roles in successful comedies, including Rat Race (2001), Scooby-Doo (2002), and ''Love Actually (2003).
In 2005, he acted in the crime/comedy Keeping Mum, which also starred Kristin Scott Thomas, Maggie Smith and Patrick Swayze.
In addition to his supporting roles, Atkinson has also had success as a leading man. His television character Mr. Bean debuted on the big screen in 1997 with Bean to international success. A sequel, Mr. Bean's Holiday, was released in March 2007 and may be the last time he plays the character. He has also starred in the James Bond parody Johnny English in 2003. Its sequel, Johnny English Reborn will be released in 2011.
Rowan Atkinson appeared in the 2009 revival of the West End musical Oliver! as Fagin. The production was directed by Rupert Goold. A year prior he starred in a pre-West End run of the show in Oxford, directed by Jez Bond.
One of his better-known trademark comic devices is over-articulation of the "B" sound, such as his pronunciation of "Bob" in a Blackadder episode. Atkinson suffers from stuttering, and the over-articulation is a technique to overcome problematic consonants.
Atkinson's often visually based style, which has been compared to Buster Keaton, sets him apart from most modern television and film comedies, which rely heavily on dialogue, as well as stand-up comedy which is mostly based on monologues. This talent for visual comedy has led to Atkinson being called "the man with the rubber face": comedic reference was made to this in an episode of Blackadder the Third, in which Baldrick (Tony Robinson) refers to his master, Mr. E. Blackadder, as a "lazy, big nosed, rubber-faced bastard".
In 2009, he criticised homophobic speech legislation, saying that the House of Lords must vote against a government attempt to remove a free speech clause in an anti-gay hate law.
Atkinson holds a category C+E (formerly 'Class 1') lorry driving licence, gained in 1981, because lorries held a fascination for him, and to ensure employment as a young actor. He has also used this skill when filming comedy material.
A lover of and participant in car racing, he appeared as racing driver Henry Birkin in the television play Full Throttle in 1995. In 1991, he starred in the self-penned The Driven Man, a series of sketches featuring Atkinson driving around London trying to solve his car-fetish, and discussing it with taxi drivers, policemen, used-car salesmen and psychotherapists.
Atkinson has raced in other cars, including a Renault 5 GT Turbo for two seasons for its one make series. He owns a McLaren F1, which was involved in an accident in Cabus, near Garstang, Lancashire with an Austin Metro. It was damaged again in a serious crash in August 2011 when it caught fire after Atkinson reportedly lost control and hit a tree. He also owns a Honda NSX. Other cars he owns include an Audi A8, and a Honda Civic Hybrid.
The Conservative Party politician Alan Clark, himself a devotee of classic motor cars, recorded in his published Diaries this chance meeting with a man he later realised was Atkinson while driving through Oxfordshire in May 1984: "Just after leaving the motorway at Thame I noticed a dark red DBS V8 Aston Martin on the slip road with the bonnet up, a man unhappily bending over it. I told Jane to pull in and walked back. A DV8 in trouble is always good for a gloat." Clark writes that he gave Atkinson a lift in his Rolls Royce to the nearest telephone box, but was disappointed in his bland reaction to being recognised, noting that: "he didn't sparkle, was rather disappointing and chétif."
One car Atkinson has said he will not own is a Porsche: "I have a problem with Porsches. They're wonderful cars, but I know I could never live with one. Somehow, the typical Porsche people—and I wish them no ill—are not, I feel, my kind of people. I don't go around saying that Porsches are a pile of dung, but I do know that psychologically I couldn't handle owning one."
He appeared in episode 4, season 17 of Top Gear in the "Star in a reasonably priced car" section, where he drove the Kia Cee'd on the test track in 1"42.2, replacing John Bishop (1"42.8) as the leader of the board.
On 4 August 2011, Atkinson was involved in a single car collision in his McLaren F1 on the A605 at Haddon, Cambridgeshire. Atkinson reportedly lost control of the car which crashed into a tree and then a lampost before catching fire. Atkinson suffered only a minor injury to his shoulder. This was the second time that Atkinson had crashed his McLaren, the first time being in October 1999, in Lancashire, where he rear-ended a Rover Metro.
