90210

Returns: Tuesday, 9/13 at 8pm ET on The CW

What to Expect: Naomi Clark (and everyone else) graduated, so now they have to deal with going to college, living together, and maybe the fact that Naomi is with child. And there will be a hell of a lot less Teddy to go around this season.

Will We Watch It? This show is barely a guilty pleasure, but we feel the need to sporadically check in on the ridiculousness.

Ringer

Premieres: Tuesday, 9/13 at 9pm ET on The CW

Cast: Sarah Michelle Gellar, Kristoffer Polaha, Ioan Gruffudd, Nestor Carbonell

What Is It About? Sarah Michelle Gellar has returned to TV after some stinkers at the box office (and some that never even made it there) and is now playing dual roles. She's twin sisters -- one who is recovering addict, one who is rich. The rich one seemingly dies, the drug addict then takes over her life, and more than a bit of chaos ensues.

How Many Episodes Should You Watch? It's an intriguing plot, but since it was originally a CBS show, it may be too grown-up for The CW. We say watch until it gets canceled.

H8R

Premieres: Wednesday, 9/14 at 8pm ET on The CW

Cast: Mario Lopez

What Is It About? Mario Lopez is hosting this new celebrity series because who is more of a celebrity famewhore than he is? It basically takes the inexplicably famous (like the Kardashians) and gives them a chance to confront one of the people who talk smack about them on the Internet. The point is to convince the random hater that the celebrity isn't the horrible person he or she comes across as on TV or in the tabloids.

How Many Episodes Should You Watch? 1. Only because we'd like to see what Snooki has to say for herself.

America's Next Top Model

Returns: Wednesday, 9/14 at 9pm ET on The CW

What to Expect: It's time for All-Stars! Isis (the first transgender contestant); our favorite Southern gal, Laura; Port Authority queen Angelea; and that catty Alexandria are all back, along with some other ladies for more catfighting and runway walking.

Will We Watch It? Yes! Can't wait to see Tyra and the panel tell the girls from Seasons 1 and 2 that they all look too old for modeling now.

Vampire Diaries

Returns: Thursday, 9/15 at 8pm ET on The CW

What to Expect: Dead vampires Vicki and Anna are back, which is kind of crazy to begin with, but what is really exciting is that Stefan and Klaus are on some vicious feeding frenzy. And David Gallagher ("7th Heaven") will be stopping by as a werewolf.

Will We Watch It? Absolutely. This show delivers jaw-dropping twists on a weekly basis, and we wouldn't want to chance it and miss one.

Secret Circle

Premieres: Thursday, 9/15 at 9pm ET on The CW

Cast: Britt Robertson, Thomas Dekker, Gale Harold, Phoebe Tonkin, Jessica Parker Kennedy, Shelly Hennig, Louis Hunter, Ashley Crow, Natasha Henstridge

What Is It About? Like "The Vampire Diaries," this is based on a book series by teen-lit author extraordinaire L.J. Smith, but this time it is all about the witches and a new generation of powerful young teens who seemed either cursed or destined to follow in their parents' footsteps.

How Many Episodes Should You Watch? At least three. We almost wrote off "The Vampire Diaries" as silly after the first episode, and then it got good -- really good. And we didn't like two of its leads at the outset, either, so we're crossing our fingers that Lux and John Connor will be able to win us over.

Nikita

Returns: Friday, 9/23 at 8pm ET on The CW

What to Expect: Michael and Nikita are a team, but Alex is hunting them (and the black box) down. We think.

Will We Watch It? Yes. Now that the show is on Fridays, we've got a whole lot fewer conflicts.

Supernatural

Returns: Friday, 9/23 at 9pm ET on The CW

What to Expect: Oh, Castiel decided he was God or something and we'll get to see how well that plays out.

Will We Watch It? Maybe. This might be the season we finally call it quits with this show.

Gossip Girl

Returns: Monday, 9/26 at 8pm ET on The CW

What to Expect: Blair or Serena may be knocked up, Blair may or may not become a princess, and Chuck will likely be brooding.

Will We Watch It? Without Jenny Humphrey and Vanessa Abrams in the picture, we are most definitely excited to be watching this season.

Hart of Dixie

Premieres: Monday, 9/26 at 9pm ET on The CW

Cast: Rachel Bilson, Jamie King, Wilson Bethel, Cress Williams, McKaley Miller, Scott Porter

What Is It About? Rachel Bilson's Zoe Hart is a cardiothoracic surgeon (yes, Dr. Hart is a heart doctor) who loses out on a dream internship and has to move down South (to Dixie, get it?) to take a job as a general practitioner and deal with Southerners who can't relate to her big-city ways.

How Many Episodes Should You Watch? A few. It reunites "The O.C." producer Josh Schwartz and one of our favorite stars from that show, and maybe once we get past the cloying title and the "Sweet Home Alabama"-ish pilot, it could be watchable.
