Yahoo! TV
Yahoo! TV is a comprehensive television resource that supplies TV listings, content, special features, and more.
You do not need to be signed into the Yahoo! Network to access television information, but to take advantage of certain areas of Yahoo! TV or to provide content, you must be signed into the Yahoo! Network.
Information Collection and Use
- You may choose to post content on Yahoo! TV including comments, ratings and reviews.
- You will have the option of selecting a display name that will be associated with the content you provide on Yahoo! TV. This display name will be displayed publicly in association with your content.
- When you provide content on the Messages Boards area of Yahoo! TV you will have the option of selecting a display name and image that will be associated with your content.
- To learn how to modify content you have provided on Yahoo! TV, please refer to the ‘Your Ability to Update or Delete Information’ section below.
- To order receive TV listings in your area, you may be asked to provide your zip code and television service provider information.
- This information is used in aggregate form to provide you with the information you have requested.
- When you send Yahoo! TV content to others using the ‘email’ feature you will be asked to provide personal information including your email address and the recipients email address.
- This information is used to send your email on your behalf. It is not collected or used for marketing purposes.
- In order to use the ‘Record to TiVo’ functionality you must first link your TiVo account with your Yahoo! ID.
- You will be taken to the TiVo site where you will be asked to provide your Yahoo! ID to Tivo.
- Yahoo! TV features links to third party sites. The information you provide on a third party site is subject to the third party’s privacy policy.
- You can provide feedback directly to Yahoo! TV using the ‘Send Your Suggestions’ links located throughout the site.
- The feedback you provide to Yahoo! TV will be collected using the Yahoo! Suggestion Board service.

Information Sharing and Disclosure
- When you use the ‘Record to TiVo’ functionality, TiVo receives the Yahoo! ID you are signed in with to authenticate you and provide you with the appropriate options based on your TiVo account.
