If "Load failed" is displayed in the subscriptions window, the software isn't connecting to the internet properly. If 3 subscriptions are displayed, but "load failed" appears when you click the "+" next to them, there's a problem with the Datel servers. To fix the load failed error, disable anti-virus, antimalware and firewall software or add the ActionReplayCodeManager.exe app to the "approved" or "allowed" list. Also, if you're using a router, be sure that the firewall on the router isn't preventing the application from connecting to the internet.
