Thanks for taking an interest, but your response is similar to comparing apples to oranges. America is a huge country with 300plus million people and is probably the most diverse on earth. The systems that work in a country like Denmark have no bearing here, because they will not scale. We have more immigrants (both legal and not so) that arrive every year than you have people. Also, we are involved in various military occupations around the world which sap our ever dwindling reserves.

America is also a country of federally limited government by Constitution with 50 states that have their own governments. All powers not expressly granted to the federal government are reserved to the individual states. The Federal Government DOES NOT HAVE THE POWER to do what you say.

Coincidentally, most also pay two sets of taxes, state and federal, as well as many local, sales (VAT), and various other taxes. Our tax burden is similar. We pay more, get less, fight wars, and experience constant graft and corruption through a government that has gotten to big for its bukser (pants). Our civil rights and freedoms are in decline.

One of the last hopes to turn this trend is Ron Paul. We hope you are with us, as the whole established policies that got us to where we are today must be reversed. That is a huge undertaking, but as you know, give Americans a challenge, and we respond when called.

I am not an American, and i don't live in America, never been interested in politics because of it's lies, but somehow one day i stumbled into Ron Paul's youtube videos and i was totally impressed by what i heard. I was absolutely shocked to hear a man on the floor who actually tells the truth and challenges every hidden agendas of the wicked people. It didn't take me long to search almost all his videos, and i have come to realize that with the current situations America is in, He seems to be the last hope. Not only to Americans, but he even seems to be the hope for the world. I really like the man.
