This is my formal complaint. Other Ron Paul supporters can speak out against this censorship by writing to the President of the Board Of Regents at University of Wisconsin and by calling WPR at 1-800-747-7444 and leaving a message objecting to censorship aimed at Ron Paul. +++++++++++++++++++++++

Frederick Milton Olsen III..

Madison, WI 53701..

University of Wisconsin

Chancellor, President, Board of Regents

Madison, WI 21 October 2011

People:

Wisconsin Public Radio staff and management are apparently engaged in a conspiracy to deprive presidential candidate Ron Paul of his rights to participate in a free and fair election, and to deprive listeners and voters of information about the candidate and issues.

The evidence is clearly set down in archived Ideas Network programming, where hosts and producers work together to keep Ron Paul and especially issues surrounding this country's wars from entering the electoral debate. I have recorded and downloaded plenty of Ideas Network programming as evidence. You know where to find it for yourselves. I suggest you begin with shows dedicated to the aftermath of republican party debates and straw polls, and also shows devoted to (as WPR hosts themselves say) "political gossip".

Candidates with less support and who have raised fewer dollars than Ron Paul are routinely given the lion's share of coverage. Material facts have been intentionally concealed by hosts, producers and management. Management is aware of staff's actions re: this censorship and political manipulation, and apparently do nothing to discourage or stop these egregious violations.

Even Pew Research, a source frequently quoted by WPR, has data showing that Ron Paul has been snubbed by the Mainstream Media... but while NBC or FOX might legitimately claim the right to work against a candidate by censoring coverage, Wisconsin Public Radio has no such rights, and as a government entity has violated the rights of the citizens of Wisconsin and America. I expect those in authority to remedy this situation, and to do it in a very public way.

I expect guilty parties to be dismissed from their employment, as these violations of Ron Paul's constitutional rights and the rights of listener-voters are such an extreme betrayal of trust. I respectfully and urgently request that you will handle this in an expedient fashion, as the electoral process is in full swing, and WPR's continued censorship only harms us all.

In closing, let me say to you three little words... "color of law".

Sincerely, Frederick Milton Olsen

John F. Kennedy held a dinner in the white House for a group of the brightest minds in the nation at that time. He made this statement: "This is perhaps the assembly of the most intelligence ever to gather at one time in the White House with the exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone." When we get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe, we shall become as corrupt as Europe . >>> Thomas Jefferson The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not. >>> Thomas Jefferson It is incumbent on every generation to pay its own debts as it goes. A principle which if acted on would save one-half the wars of the world. >>> Thomas Jefferson I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them.. >>> Thomas Jefferson/ ron paul

The way to make your arguments more understandable to the common man would be to push for forcing banks to show an extra number on print and online statements.

"Real Balance" accounting for the bank's reserve ratio. As a result, you could throw your $100.00 in the bank, check your balance and see Available Balance: $100.00, Real Balance: $11.00. Include a little disclaimer about taxpayers being ultimately responsible if the bank loses the $89 they just "invested" for you and I think you'd have the start of a pretty strong push for serious reform.

At least, this is how I've won a few arguments. Hearing abstracts about the Federal Reserve and fractional reserve banking doesn't do justice to what really goes on. Hard numbers make a much more compelling case to something who never thinks past propaganda.

i agree this may work. however we must understand there is a strong delision cast over the eyes of contented people. its hard to wake a person up from there sleep if they really want to sleep, and much harder to wake a person from a coma. paper money unbacked by gold, controled by elite crooks has sent the world into a coma. shock will wake some, but sweet talk will rarely help.

Phoenix-2012 5 pts

To all Ron Paul believers. If Ron does not make it onto the ballot in 2012, lets do something historic and show the power of the 99%, of who we really are by writing in his name on the ballot. I did this in 2008 and will do it again in 2012.

It should come as no surprise that as Ron Paul becomes a threat to the "Powers that Be," that lies, mudslinging and criticisms will be/and are, popping up on the Internet...this is a good thing as is indicates Ron Paul is being taken seriously and he is disrupting the status quo. It is a bad thing since his name may not make it on to the ballot. But, if we all agree to write his name in what a historic statement we will have all made.

The next challenge would then be the voter irregularities! Remember the hanging chad? The missing ballot boxes (Florida/Jeb Bush) and voters being turned away and not allowed to vote? We could see that again...

Don't think so? Some republican states have already made headlines with new laws that are trying to make it more difficult for voters register and vote (such as students, people that have recently moved and others).

If you watch this video by David Icke, many of you may get your banking questions answered. This requires a major overhaul. It requires some very FUNDAMENTAL changes in how EACH of us views all of this.

There are qualified organizations in place that simple brushed aside. They get rid of the bad apples and let the eager ones finally enjoy their duties.

njthinking 7 pts

Given that Ron Paul wants to reduce the size of the Federal government and reduce regulations, how does he propose to avoid more banking and Wall Street excesses that lead to the current US financial meltdown?

JamesCarlDavis 5 pts

bring the troops home from 138 countries around the world, and cut in 5 fed departments, and aduit the free reserve bank, then fade it out. free america into a republic and remove the power of the oligarchy now ruling us.

it not only will work its the only plan that will work.

njthinking 7 pts

JamesCarlDavis Nice plan but it doesn't answer the question. How will that reign in the big investment banks like Goldman Sachs and others from doing what they just did again in a few years.

JamesCarlDavis 5 pts

njthinking

o i understand ,are you asking how will he bail them out of debt?

if so he will not bail them out. they make a bad investment a correction is needed to restart. we should never refuse to suffer for our mistakes. i know this will hurt the economy in the short run ,but after a yr or so things would pick up agian..and much better.it is unconstitutional to take money from avarage americans and bail out big money banks. i think more banksters will be going to jail when ron is president.

njthinking 7 pts

JamesCarlDavis Thanks for the response but that's not what I'm asking.

What I'm asking is if we have less government regulation over the financial industry what will stop the big investment banks and hedge funds from again abusing the system, misleading investors and the public and acting in a selfish, greedy manner that causes harm to our economy, our citizens and our country. Won't less regulation create more opportunities for manipulation of the financial markets to the detriment of the many for the benefit of the few?

JamesCarlDavis 5 pts

njthinking

ron wants more regulating the banks ,prosecute the fraud, and aduit the fed. his deregulation is for the avarage american.such as cutting the tsa http://youtu.be/Yk3O70lD270

JamesCarlDavis 5 pts

njthinking

if we end the fed, congress will be held accountable for where the money flows. open to all americans.the fraud would be much less if congress knew they might go to jail for it. the federal banks and there cronnies have a free hand at our money today.

greg hunter is about the best i know of on the bank fraud. many great articals. ck him out . http://usawatchdog.com/

AngelaTC 5 pts

The banking industry is the most regulated business in the country, with more oversight than almost all the others put together. I get what you're saying, but your way isn't working. What would stop the banks from abusing the system would be getting the government to stop colluding with them to create entities that are then deemed "too big to fail."

njthinking 7 pts

AngelaTC Actually many aspects of the banking industry was deregulated and that's one of the reasons they were able to take on such enormous risks which ended up so badly and hurt so many people and our economy. So I'm just trying to understand if Ron Paul is suggesting the banking industry should have even less regulation than it does now? Or does he advocate going back to some or all of the regulations which actually protected us from bank excesses for such a long time.

No one here has effectively addressed the question here yet.

Maybe no one knows. On Ron Paul's official site I can not find where he addresses this directly.

JamesCarlDavis 5 pts

i only wish that were true. the smaller banks are regulated alot.however the bigger banks are regulated very very little.in fact there more secretive then the c.i.a.

at least the c.i.a. must answer to congress. however when before congress bernake was asked where did the money got from the bail outs. his words were im not going to tell, and i dont have to under the amednments of 1913. needless to say m,e you, congress ,or the supreem court can tell the fed anything..i know this sounds crazzy

its true...it really is true

thats why ron paul/thomas jefferson is the last hope for america

JamesCarlDavis 5 pts

njthinkingAngelaTC

ron wants to eventually take us back to a time when gold and silver was money ,and the congress controlled the money printing.

this of course would take two terms

Those are excellent questions! I'd like to hear Ron Paul's answers.

Regardless, on balance, Ron Paul is the best option among all the candidates. He has my vote in the bag just on the basis of being the only real defender of the Constitution and the only man who will wind down our worldwide military expansion.

JamesCarlDavis 5 pts

philosnjthinkingAngelaTC

it would be good for him to go into more detail on the fed banks, and his plan for them...i know for sure he thinks congress should run the money printing, and not a independant bank like we have now.

Hello, Ron Paul supporters! I am not an American, and I will never get to vote for Ron Paul, but I have heard a lot about his policies and he intrigues me. I was hoping someone could answer this question for me: If Mr. Paul intends to cancel the income tax, how does he expect to bankroll and federal spending? How will he make up for the lost revenue. After all, paying back debts and sustaining the vast range of federal programmes will take a lot of money. Again, this is not a politically motivated question, I just want to understand his policies.

AngelaTC 5 pts

pissedoffcynic If you visit the US Treasury department site, you'll see that income taxes are just a small portion of the revenue created by the government. In fact, AMerica didn't have any income tax for most of her life.

Reply to Greywolf:

The ones with the money who desire power are always going to identify their financial support on a party -whoever has the money wins. For example, if you have no parties, and you call your candidates A & B the ones who desire power are going to be behind A or B who takes the money. (That's is how it WORKS)

i think we need to get rid of Democratic and Republican labels and let the people vote for whom they see fit to be in office at that time ...no matter who you are you should be able to vote for whom you chose not because of what party there in and your registered to vote for it should you be registered to vote and thats all ..No partys...

I'm in California and registered as a Democrat right now. I'm following Ron Paul and really considering voting for him next year. Most of all, I want him on the presidential ballot. Does anyone know If I switch to independent, can I vote in the primary for any party? And will it be counted? What I just read on the League of Women Voters website is this: "If you are unaffiliated with any party (sometimes called “no party preference” or "decline to state"), you will be given a nonpartisan ballot, containing only the names of all candidates for nonpartisan offices and any ballot measures to be voted upon at the primary election.

Or, you may be able to request the ballot of one of the political parties at the polls or on your vote-by-mail ballot request form. Each political party has the option of allowing decline-to-state voters to vote in their Presidential primary."

Sure does seem the Republican party doesn't want him, so this wording makes me think my vote would get tossed just because I wasn't a registered Republican. I'm not against changing my party affiliation (so disgusted with most democrats as well), but I'd really rather go independent and stay that way

Try this link. I think it says you can vote in the primary as a non-partisan.

In any event all the voter info is there. You may just need to read a bit to find the specifics.

Thank you, Ryanoceros. It does look like the parties have to publicly announce whether they will take votes from independents at least 135 days before the election. Which would give me plenty of time to register Republican if necessary. That works!

OWS is a political movement to raise civil unrest in America so the federal government can impose martial law. If martial is imposed we the people will not be able to vote in 2012.

OWS started In New York against corporate America and now the federal government is closing the medical marijuana dispensaries in California to raise civil unrest on the west coast.

The federal government is following Greece by instigating protests across America.

Wake up to the truth America. Impeach President Obama NOW! Before he destroys the rest of America.

To figure out what is true all you have to do is add up what makes sense and subtract what does not make sense.

How many more "made to fail" corporations are we going to give money to?

I haven't done enough research on Ron Paul, but I generally agree with Ron Paul's foreign policy. Ron Paul kind of reminds me of media analyst and activist Jared Israel. For all of you who don't know who Jared Israel is, he is an absolute genius who documents and shows specific reasons for America's general foreign policy, and he analyzes distortions by the media that push that goal. I think Ron Paul activists need to read Jared Israel's work, because everyone else is brainwashed into thinking that America is fighting terror(I used to be one of those), and so no amount of evidence to the contrary will change their minds. Ron Paul activists though, are generally aware that this is not the case. His website is www.tenc.net (The Emperor's New Clothes)--Jared Israel is also honest and writes when he's changed his mind on a particular issue. So check that site out and see if you like it.
