In reply to “NTC Vows to Prosecute Those Responsible for Gadhafi Killing,” by John Glaser, 10/27/11:

Of course Gaddafi’s killer must stand trial. The world must learn that only the US can conduct summary executions with impunity.

In reply to “The Return of Barbarism,” by Justin Raimondo, 10/27/11:

I only want to thank you and Mr. Raimondo. You for publishing it and Mr. Raimondo for writing “The Return of Barbarism.” I am sad that it needed to be written, and that we find ourselves in such a time. It is so very true, and it is not only applicable in this situation, but in many more. But Ms. Clinton’s remarks must not go unchallenged.

The whole situation in Libya is depressing, and the murder of Gaddhafi without even a trial is particularly heinous. It is a symptom of a much greater illness: Our American insanity where imperialistic warfare is concerned.

I was unaware of your website before, but I have placed it among my favorites. I look forward to reading it in the future.

Sincerely,
Lorin Whittington

Excellent writing Justin. I could not have said it better myself.

We live in a time where people totally depend their ideology, beliefs and feelings. If they encounter a fact the counters their ideology or feelings, they disregard the fact.

I have noted this among family, friends and former political associates. I have noted this among the Right and the Left. People today are also in a deep state of vicarious identification with those in power. They do not seek real validation in their own lives. How can God help people who refuse to help themselves? Lastly, who will weep for Lady Macbeth when her sins find her out?
