Systemic Console

Pasted Graphic 4

The Systemic Console is a tool for advanced analysis of exoplanetary data. It comprises a graphical tool for fitting radial velocity and transits datasets, and a library of routines for non-interactive calculations. Some of the features are:

  • Interactive plotting of RV curves and transits, optionally folded;
  • Line minimization, Levenberg-Marquardt, Nelder-Mead (AMOEBA) and Simulated Annealing minimization schemes;
  • Combined fitting of RV and transit timing (primary and secondary);
  • Keplerian, Runge-Kutta, Hermite and Bulirsch-Stoer integration routines available by default (+ pluggable custom integrators);
  • Interactive periodograms and FAP estimation;
  • Bootstrap and MCMC error estimation;
  • F-test and F-test significance analysis;
  • Data Point explorer, allowing to selectively remove data points;
  • Scriptable;
  • etc.

The console package includes the most recent public radial velocity and transit data.
