New Book – Project Daedalus: Demonstrating the Engineering Feasibility of Interstellar Travel
On Sale Now – This is a re-publication of the British Interplanetary Society (BIS) Project Daedalus papers, first published in 1978. It also contains one of the first technical papers on interstellar travel by Les Shepherd published in 1952 as well as a post-Project Daedalus review paper by Alan Bond and Tony Martin published in 1986. The foreword is written by the current BIS President Bob Parkinson, also a member of the original Project Daedalus Study Group.
