So user's know the key, since it's just the hash of the unencrypted file, but Bitcasa never sees it. They just see the encryption! Elegant!

OMG! Bitcasa's encryption concept is SO OBVIOUS in retrospect! Each user hashes the file to get the key, then encrypts with that key!
