The Big Supreme:  Don't Walk / My Addiction  Comment by Pomegranate

The "Not for Sale" record was bundled by Polydor as a double pack with POSP 840 to chart return shops.

John Otway:  The New Jerusalem / The Tyger  Comment by Deepinder Cheema

Biff the story goes that Polydor had lost a lot of money, Otway felt partially responsible and decided to organise a fund raiser calling it a 'Polython'. The night was eagerly attended and a few hundred quid was raised to which the sum was handed to the head of Polydor UK...

Trio:  Da Da Da (Englische Version) / Da Da Da (Deutsche Version)  Comment by RadnaNotions

It's not worth uploading but I also have this with the same sleeve in black. I have red and blue ones too. The black sleeve is a thicker card than the other two. My red copy has the silver label; my blue and black ones have the paper label. The red front cover uploaded...

Engelbert Humperdinck:  I'm A Better Man (For Having Loved You) / Cafe  Comment by slotman17

Interesting to see two different spellings of 'Engelbert' on the label images.

John Otway:  The New Jerusalem / The Tyger  Comment by biffbampow

The story I've read was that Otway had this pressed up on clones of WEA/Warner Brothers, sent a copy to WEA with a cheque and a letter declaring that since nobody was interested in signing him, he was going to sign them! WEA amused by this decided to go along with the joke...

The Temptations:  Lady Soul / Put Us Together Again  Comment by BEATLEJOHN

Felonious, took your image and Paint.net-ted it, you still have the credit, put original image in hidden images (hope you don't mind).........John

Showaddywaddy:  Rockin' And Rollin' With Santa Claus / Sympathy  Comment by Paul Vinyl

I didn't know Showwaddy had a single on 'President' label. They sure released a lot of records does anyone have them all? Or like them?

Pat Boone:  No Arms Can Ever Hold You / At My Front Door  Comment by Catagna45

Memories like that doberman are fascinating. My curiosity couldn't resist checking Joel Whitburn's 1955-59 Billboard Chart replicas. Your mate must have brought back the October 22 '55 issue. 'The Best Sellers in Stores' as it was called then showed the El Dorados at #21...

Cimarons:  Over The Rainbow / We Are Not The Same  Comment by harbottle

Hello Alan, I have changed this from TRO 7919 to TR 7919 rather than TR-7919. It keeps in with other Trojan releases of the time.

Deane Hawley:  Pocketful Of Rainbows / That Dream Could Never Be  Comment by clearbluesky

I feel like I'm opening Pandora's box here...... Working from Tony P's latest listing from March 1962, so therefore covering February '62 releases, and comparing them to Paul Pelletier's discography here's what I found: Decca - 10 listed with 8 from Feb & 2 from March in...

Sheila And B. Devotion:  Spacer / Don't Go  Comment by Deltics

Once again I have to agree with you telegramsam, one of the Chic guys finest. And certainly preferable to Singing In The Rain! [YouTube Video]
