Killa Season is the fifth studio album by Harlem rapper Cam'ron. It was released on May 16, 2006. Cam'ron was also the executive producer of the album. The album sold 112,000 in his first week, debuting at #2 on the Billboard 200.
^ 'Touch It Or Not' is the clean version. 'Suck It Or Not' is the explicit version.
The song "I.B.S" was originally on a mixtape, sampling Journey's Any Way You Want It, but was changed for the album.
The song "You Gotta Love It" is an interpolation of "Roxy Loses" from the Basic Instinct soundtrack. There are two versions of this song one with a sample and one without a sample.
The song Get'em Daddy was originally supposed to be on Cam'ron's 4th album Purple Haze but due to the amount of songs on purple haze it was later remixed for killa season with J.R. writer, Hell Rell and Jim Jones.
Interestingly enough on the back of the killa season album the song times don't match up with the times of each actual song.
On the song "Leave you alone" about 3 seconds after Cam'ron finishes his first verse you can hear him reciting it over again faintly.
"Wet Wipes" samples the song "Memories" by the 70's rock group Earth and Fire.
As of Oct. 12 2008 killa season has sold 50,000 copies making it gold status by the RIAA.
