Anna Therese Day is a 23-year-old freelance journalist, producer, activist, and writer. She covered the 2011 Libyan war, the Bahraini government crackdown, the Third Palestinian Intifada, the Gaza Strip after Israel's Operation Cast Lead, Lebanon's 2009 post-election violence, and the 2011 Egyptian Revolution. Her work focuses on American foreign policy in the region, women's issues, and regional youth movements, as well as the history, politics, and cultures of the Middle East.
