A BIZARRE royal blue has blown up between Sarah Ferguson and 60 Minutes after an interview last week in which her Australian manager claimed she was ambushed and ridiculed.

Channel 9 aired footage of Ferguson walking out on reporter Michael Usher in a promotion for Sunday night's show, calling it "the weirdest interview you will ever see", The Daily Telegraph reported.

Ferguson was shown demanding that footage be deleted before she left the room.

Her local manager John Scott - who flew to London with Usher and crew - was furious and rang 60 Minutes executive producer Hamish Thomson at 7am yesterday demanding the ad be pulled.

"He hasn't had the decency to get back to me and nor has David Gyngell, despite showing the Duchess in the worst possible light," he said last night.

"We had gone through all the questions and subject matter beforehand and filmed all the walking in the park footage before we sat down. She did walk out when she was ambushed - no, it was entrapment - but after cooling down she said to me, 'F ... them, let's do this', and she did, but it was a banal interview and her demeanour reflected that."

Ferguson was strangely shocked when asked to watch News Of The World footage of her offering to sell access to Prince Andrew, but Scott said it was unnecessary because she had seen it - and was happy to answer questions about it.

But Thomson was last night mystified.

"She agreed to talk about the issue, as she has already extensively done, so it certainly wasn't entrapment," he said.

Oh please, not only did she try to sell access to Andrew in the initial story but she's continued to make money off the incident by telling 'her side' ever since! She's even cried to Oprah about it - for a fee of course. No sympathy for Fergie at all, feel damn sorry for her daughters though.

Another news hungry mob at it again , they are like vultures or worst trying to fleece whatever news worthy articles they can , they ought to be ashamed of themselves . I hate reporters who like to shove their microphones up ppls nostrils to get more news for their publications . Some of these freelance ppl are by far the worst lot . They stop at nothing to get news .
