Angelina Pivarnick, formerly of Jersey Shore, has gone on a television show to bemoan the stress of press attention and its affect on her health. I’d forgotten about her, but I guess people who weren’t me were writing about every detail of Pivarnick’s pregnancy. She will make an appearance on Father Albert, preview below, where she will lament the stress of the media scrutiny she blames for causing her miscarriage. Pivarnick was pregnant and there was some speculation about her sleeping around and not knowing who was the father. She was also engaged, before the two-month engagement to David Kovacs was broken off in April. Paternity was a big issue and she wouldn’t confirm the father. ‘Everyone in the tabloids and media weren’t really leaving me alone about it… Basically I wanted it to be my personal business, and it really wasn’t,’ she said. ‘It was really hard because it came out and I really didn’t want anyone to know about it at first. I went through a lot of stress, and I ended up losing the baby.’ Asked if she directly links the loss of the baby and the media, she says yes. Again, on television. ‘Definitely [yes]. And even the guy, he wasn’t there for me either. So that was a big thing.’ Pressed about paternity, she basically admits sleeping around/ a one-night stand, ‘[The baby daddy was] just a guy I was with… He wasn’t there for me…he was tormenting me…and it was definitely a big reason why I think what happened to me, happened to me. It was a reality check.’
