Alone in the Dark, the fifth in the franchise, begins with Edward Carnby waking up in a run down New York skyscraper with amnesia. He was about to be taken to the roof to be killed by one of his captors but an unseen force kills the guy. Edward then has to find his way out of the building and to Central Park. The game's music, while sounding orchestrated, was done with virtual instruments and samplers to create a realistic orchestral sound. Some of the tracks include the female choir Le Mystère des Voix Bulgares (The Mystery of Bulgarian Voices). This particular track is one of my favorites that has the beautiful choir in it. It is one of the most epic tracks that I've heard in a long time. English Lyrics: As if from a deep slumber... From whose eyes do I see? Who does this cursed face belong to? I can hardly hear the vague voice calling Like a scream echoing from afar Will I ever understand? How to embrace This unknown face And turn sin into hope?
