Steven Howse (born September 23, 1974) is rapper and hip-hop artist known primarily for being a member of the group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. He has also has gone by the names L-Burna and The #1 Assassin. He is the younger brother of fellow group member Flesh-N-Bone & cousin of group member Wish Bone. He is also a member of the rap group Bone Brothers and CEO of the record label Harmony Howse Entertainment.
The group formed the band B.O.N.E. Enterpri$e (all except for Flesh-N-Bone) and recorded an album entitled Faces Of Death in the studio of their then mentor, Kermit Henderson (Krayzie Bone's younger brother) on his indie label Stoney Burke in 1993. After this Layzie and the rest of the Bone Family boarded a Greyhound Bus to Los Angeles where they worked with notable producer and rapper Eazy-E and his Ruthless/Relativity Records label. Diego Blak (born Diego hodge), a marketer and promoter and co-executive producer of Faces Of Death introduced them to Eazy-E at a concert he promoted in Cleveland, Ohio where they auditioned for him in his dressing room and then traveled back to Los Angeles, California after the show to seal the deal. At this point Eazy named them Thugs-n-Harmony but they wanted to keep the Bone name so they were called Bone Thugs-N-Harmony.

Spice's stage name is an acronym for "Sex, Pistols, Indo, Cash, and Entertainment". He was first discovered by rapper Too Short. In 1991 he put out his first release, Let It Be Known EP, which was not widely distributed. In 1992, he released his self-titled debut Spice 1, a vivid and fatalistic gangsta rap album. He followed it with an even more bitter and nihilistic release, 187 He Wrote, in 1993.
Spice 1 released six albums under Jive Records along with one greatest hits album. Though was reported by Jive that he had an album called "Full Metal Jacket", Spice 1 has stated that this information was false. The album was never released and it is uncertain whether any songs were recorded for the project. He was supposed to collaborate with 2Pac on an album called "One Nation", along with other west and east coast rappers.

Mixtape: Laws of Attraction Directed by Gonzo Gorgeous Ovaground Media Layzie Bone, Wish Bone
Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rapper, Layzie Bone recalls having a brotherly and/or fatherly relationship with Eazy-E, who had him at loss for words when the two met. Even when the late rapper's schedule was hectic, he still managed to make time to meet with Layzie. "It was like really, really close." He said, "He had to spread his time out a lot, but for him to personally come get me and share different things... he was mentoring me." Further into the interview, Layzie details having a run-in with Suge Knight while in his hometown. Fortunately, Layzie says 2Pac defused the matter before it turned ugly. "Suge tried to punk me out. I said 'look here n****, you in Cleveland, you won't get out this mother*****.'" He told DJ Vlad, "But luckily, Pac was still living. So when Pac came in, he's like 'Oh...

Layzie Bone and Rocky Rock of Mo Thugs Records sat down with VladTV, and the Bone Thugs rapper shared some new projects he has in the works, and also the status of his long awaited collaborative album with Fredro Starr. When asked about the project, Layzie explained that due to his and Fredro's busy schedules, they never could fully put the album together. However, he seemed optimistic that the project would eventually come out. During the interview Layzie was also asked about Bizzy Bone battling Jay Z in the early 90s, which the Cleveland rapper said he wasn't present for, but he added that he definitely remembers hearing about the battle. The conversation then switched lanes, as Layzie revealed some new projects he's working on, including a Bone Thugs book and biopic, which he told us ...

Interviews of Detroit Mo Thugs including Layzie Bone
Layzie Bone comes to Chicago for his Perfect Timing tour. We were lucky enough to have him on the show and we had a blast. Learned so much about his thoughts, previous employeers, his feelings about the music industry and we got all the classic songs he performed in front of our studio audience.
Jimi has a chat with Layzie Bone from Bone Thugs-n-Harmony and Rocky Rock of Mo Thugs. Layzie Bone talks about his past and his memorable experiences with Eazy- E. Layzie also drops the big news about his new album "Perfect Timing" set to release on April 20, 2016. Sounds like a Perfect album to enjoy on 4/20!
Layzie Bone and Rocky Rock of Mo Thugs Records sat down with VladTV, and the Bone Thugs rapper opened up about living the street life during his childhood. The Cleveland rapper started from the beginning and revealed that he was just ten when he got into the street life, adding that it was only a few years later that he was caught with 140 rocks of crack. Layzie then pointed out that he wanted to be a big time drug dealer just like Freeway Ricky, but it was an incident at 16 that left him wanting to leave the street life behind for music. Layzie explained that he was shot in his neighborhood during a case of mistaken identity, which left him with a bullet permanently lodged in his head. The rapper told us that it was at that moment that he knew he had to get out of the street life and sta...
Bone Thugs-N-Harmony member, Layzie Bone, talks about how his group grasped a natural talent to sing, rap, and harmonize all from their upbringing and musical influence from acts like the Temptations. Now after 20 years, the rapper says they still manage to do 200 shows a year, which are often sold out. Check out the full interview above.
Layzie Bone and Rocky Rock of Mo Thugs Music recently sat down with DJ Vlad, and naturally Layzie had a lot to share about the late, great Eazy-E. At one point during the clip Layzie Bone admits to shedding a tear during Eazy's death scene in Straight Outta Compton, however he did notice a few discrepancies in the biopic. "You know how tall E was?," he asked DJ Vlad when asked about the rumored altercation between Eazy-E and Suge Knight. "About 5'2 or some s**t like that. That n**a was really built like a tank, hard to hit, he was low to the ground and look how big that n***a Suge was." Like other members of Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Layzie Bone doesn't believe the scene played out as such in real life, especially since "E wasn't quiet like that." "I believe the little signing part because I ...
Layzie Bone believes Eazy E's death was a conspiracy after dying just months within testing positive for HIV. The Bone Thugs-N-Harmony rapper recalled being in New York when Eazy caught a cold and said his illness became worse within a 4-month timespan. "That was December, January [he was in the] hospital, February [he had] full blown [AIDS], March he was gone." He said, "It never did add up to me." Further into the interview, Layzie says he saw Suge Knight's 2003 Jimmy Kimmel interview where he made jokes about Eazy being poked by an infected needle. "I'm like 'ooh that n**** knew what was up.'"
On 11-30-07 Layzie Bone stopped by the Foxxhole Radio Show and began talking about the NWO and what REALLY happened to Eazy E. Teddy Riley was also in the studio and co-signed everything Layzie Bone had to say.
Layzie Bone sit's down with Raw Hip-Hop Headz journalist Desmond Lettries for an exclusive interview. Join The Movement https://www.facebook.com/groups/RAWHIPHOPMUSIC/ this interview is pretty complex. Thank you Bone Thugs for all the great music over the years. Speaking against police brutality and the evils of the world RIP Eazy E
I remember when I was just a little child
I remember when all of this felt so alive
I remember when I could see and I could smile
I remember when I would hope and I would try
I remember when I would stare out at the miles
I remember when I could fall deep in blue skies
I remember when I was just a little child
I remember when all of this felt so alive
now I look around and all of this just feels like nothing
now I look around and all of this is so declined
now I look around and wonder why my heart feels nothing
now I look around and wonder why the blue skies died
now I look around, I realize that I've been tainted
now I look around, I see the world through blurry eyes
now I look around and all of this just feels like nothing
now I look around and all of this is so declined
