Lovat in Velikiye Luki (Belarusian: Ловаць, pronounced [ˈɫoovvatsʲ]; Russian: река́ Ло́вать) is a river in Belarus and Russia. It flows out of the Lovatets Lake in northwestern Belarus, and follows north through Pskov Oblast and Novgorod Oblast of Russia into the Lake Ilmen.
