"Do Pal" (Hindi: दो पल, Urdu: دو پل) is famous song from the Bollywood film Veer-Zaara, directed by Yash Chopra.
The song is broken into two parts; each part comes during different situations. The similarity is that both songs come at a time when Veer and Zaara are about to separate.

After having appeared in films as a child actor in the 1980s, Roshan made his film debut in a leading role in Kaho Naa... Pyaar Hai (2000) for which Roshan earned his Filmfare Awards for Best Actor and Best Male Debut. In 2001, he went on to appear in the melodrama Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham..., which became India's highest-grossing film in the overseas market and his biggest commercial success to date.
Following through with several unnoticed performances from 2002–03, he starred in the commercially successful Koi... Mil Gaya and its sequel Krrish, both of which won him numerous Best Actor awards. Roshan received his third Filmfare Award for Best Actor in 2006 for his performance in the action film Dhoom 2. He later received critical acclaim for his performance in Jodhaa Akbar,
Later that year, Roshan starred in Khalid Mohammed's Fiza. Although the film did poorly at the box office, his performance was praised, earning him another nomination for Best Actor at the Filmfare ceremony. Taran Adarsh from indiaFM noted, "The mainstay of the film is undoubtedly Hrithik Roshan. His body language, his diction, his expressions, his overall persona deserves great praise. With this film, Hrithik proves that there is more to him than just being a fashionable rage, a Mills & Boon lover-boy and a sex symbol. Roshan's last release of the year, Mission Kashmir, became the third highest grossing film of the year.
Subhash Ghai's Yaadein was his first release in 2001. This was followed by Karan Johar's melodramatic Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham, which did extremely well at the box office, becoming the second-highest grossing film of 2001 and the biggest hit overseas. Roshan's performance was well received and his performance earned him a nomination for Best Supporting Actor at various award ceremonies.
Roshan had an unsuccessful year in 2002 when all three of his releases - Mujhse Dosti Karoge!, Na Tum Jaano Na Hum and Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage - failed to make an impact the box office and were declared flops.
Roshan took a two-year break from acting before resurfacing with the superhero film Krrish, a sequel to his 2003 film Koi... Mil Gaya which released in June 2006. The film was a major box office success and became the second highest grosser of 2006. His performance as a superhero was praised, earning him many Best Actor awards at various award ceremonies, including Star Screen and the International Indian Film Academy.
His next film that year was Dhoom 2, a sequel to the 2004 Dhoom. Featured opposite Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Roshan's performance in the movie not only earned him widespread critical acclaim, but also his third Filmfare Best Actor Award. The film went on to become the highest grossing film of 2006, as well as one of the most successful films of Bollywood.
In 2008, Roshan featured in Ashutosh Gowariker's Jodhaa Akbar opposite Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. He played the historical role of Akbar the Great. The movie did very good business, both in India and abroad. His performance in the movie was widely appreciated by critics,
Roshan then appeared in Zoya Akhtar's Luck by Chance (2009), in which he made a guest appearance. He was recently seen in Anurag Basu's Kites along with Mexican actress Bárbara Mori and Kangna Ranaut, which released on May 21, 2010. The film failed to do well at the box office after taking a huge start and was a flop however, Roshan's performance in the film was highly praised.
In 2010 he acted in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's film Guzaarish opposite Aishwarya Rai which didn't perfrom well in Box office and is currently filming for Zoya Akhtar's Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara opposite Katrina Kaif. Roshan is set to commence filming for Shekhar Kapur's next directorial venture titled Paani opposite Shriya Saran and also the remake of 1990 release Agneepath.
During an interview he revealed that his childhood was traumatized because of stammering, a defect that surfaced when he was around six years old and plagues him even today. "For oral tests at school, I used to bunk school, I used to fall sick, I used to break my hand, I used to get a sprain" the actor said.He however said that things improved for him gradually, after he started practicing speech therapies on a daily basis.
Roshan is married to Suzanne Roshan, owner of Suzanne Roshan's House of Design and daughter of actor Sanjay Khan. The couple have two sons, Hrehaan, born in 2006 and Hridhaan born in 2008. Roshan has two thumbs on his right hand. Although he usually hides it in his films, in Koi... Mil Gaya it was not hidden, and even used as a minor plot point, as the alien was designed to also have two thumbs.

Mori started work modeling and later became a telenovela actress with TV Azteca, when she starred in the soap opera Azul Tequila. Her big break came in 2004, with the telenovela Rubí (a remake of the 1968 series) by rival network Televisa, in which she played the main character.
One day, while working as a waitress at the age of fourteen, fashion designer Marcos Toledo invited her to work as a model. She became independent by the age of seventeen and went to live with her cousins. At nineteen she met actor Sergio Mayer, who would later become father to their son Sergio, born in 1998. They never married.
She later studied acting in El Centro de Estudios de Formación Actoral. She made her acting debut in the Mexican telenovela Al norte del corazón. She then participated in the comedy series Tric Tac and Mirada de mujer the following year. She obtained her first TVyNovelas Award for her role in Mirada de mujer for Best New Actress.
In 1998, Bárbara Mori got her first leading role as "Azul" in the series Azul Tequila, co-starring with Mauricio Ochmann. A year later she filmed the series Me muero por tí in Miami, with Peruvian actor Christian Meier. She participated in her first film in 2000, in the Mexican comedy Inspiración. Later, she acted in various other telenovelas, including Amor descarado and the highly–rated Mexican soap opera, Rubí, which earned her another TVyNovelas Award.
In 2005 she obtained the starring role in the blockbuster film La mujer de mi hermano as Zoe, and her husband was portrayed by Christian Meier, with whom she had previously co-starred in Me muero por tí. After breaking up with Mayer, Mori dated Manolo Cardona., and now she is in a relationship with Julio "El Moyo" Villegas, known for his King of Fighters skills. She also won the leading role in "Pretendiendo", a Chilean/Mexican-backed movie which was critically panned.
Indian film producer Rakesh Roshan signed her as the leading lady for his movie Kites opposite his son, Bollywood star Hrithik Roshan. It was shot in New Mexico, Las Vegas and Los Angeles, it went into production by the end of July 2008, and was released on May 21, 2010.
Mori was diagnosed with early stage cancer and is now a proud survivor. She talks about her journey in UniGlobe Entertainment's docu-drama titled 1 a Minute, scheduled for release on 6 October 2010 in the USA and 29 October 2010 in India. The documentary is being made by actress Namrata Singh Gujral and will also feature cancer survivors Olivia Newton-John, Diahann Carroll, Melissa Etheridge, Namrata Singh Gujral, Mumtaz and Jaclyn Smith as well as William Baldwin, Daniel Baldwin and Priya Dutt, whose lives have been touched by cancer. The feature is narrated by Kelly McGillis. The film will also star Lisa Ray, Deepak Chopra and Morgan Brittany.

As a teenager, Sami, when performing on the sitar at a programme in Stockholm, was noticed by Keyboard Magazine as being the fastest man on keyboard in Asia. a Pakistani classical singing teacher and dancer. At the age of sixteen, Sami was approached to write a song for famine-hit Ethiopia for which he won a special award from UNICEF. and became the first person to play Indian classical music on the electric piano.
The songs "Kabhi To Nazar Milao", whose music video featured model Aditi Gowitrikar and Lift Karaa De whose music video starred the popular Indian actor Amitabh Bachan from the album became immensely popular at that time. The videos were shot by Anil Mehra who had shot popular Hindi films, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Lagaan.
He soon became a sensation, which led Hindi filmmaker Boney Kapoor to invite him to give music for his film.
The song, "Tu Sirf Mera Mehboob", from the Hindi film, Ajnabee (2001) sung by Adnan also became a rage and was a superhit. According to the Pakistani newspaper Dawn, no Pakistani artist had managed to gain as much popularity in India as Sami had. According to an article in the Indian newspaper The Times of India, Sami was the most successful face in non-film music in India at that time. Saathiya (2002) brought him the opportunity to work with maestro A. R. Rahman in the form of "Aye Udi Udi", which he was looking forward to. According to Screen Magazine, the song was the highlight of the album. Since 2003, he has sung for a few Tamil movies like Boys, Aayutha Ezhuthu composed by A.R. Rehman. The songs, "Boom Boom" from Boys and "Nenjamellam Kadhal" from Aayitha Ezhuthu, were hits. He also sang for the Tamil and Telugu versions besides the Hindi version of songs from the movie Yuva (2004) whose music was also composed by A. R. Rahman. Besides Rahman, he also worked together with composer Yuvan Shankar Raja, singing hit Tamil songs "Oh Intha Kadhal" from Satham Podathey and "Oru Kal" from Siva Manasula Sakthi, which got very popular and widely noticed. In 2006, he took a sabbatical, and reportedly lost over 70 kg, to make a comeback in April 2007 with a new album Kisi Din. In 2007, he sang the soundtrack of the hit . His last film music composition was for Shaurya (2008).
In 2001, Sami fell in love with and married Dubai-based Sabah Galadari his third marriage This relationship also called quits a year-and-a-half later. He also claimed that they were married for 10 years.
Since at least 2001, Sami, who was then based in Dubai, was unsuccessfully attempting to acquire Indian citizenship. In July 2001, he approached the Home Minister of India, Lal Krishna Advani in Dubai and requested for granting of Indian citizenship. After failing to acquire Indian citizenship, he attempted to acquire Canadian citizenship Adnan agreed to let Zeba have custody but wanted access to Azaan. But it did not work out and in 2004, he sued the Canadian government for $30 million in connection with the immigration raid that had ended with his son "being whisked away". According to Sami, he won the case.
In June 2006, Adnan weighed and according to him, his doctor said he was giving him just six months to live. By diet, exercise and will-power, Adnan lost weight in 9 months. Roya works as Project Manager for a US-based company, operating in Germany. He was invited to be a member of the jury of the prestigious music festival Voice of Asia competition, held annually at Almaty, Kazakhstan - the jury comprises top music composers of the world. Sami was featured in a documentary, commissioned by the Foreign and Common Wealth Office of Great Britain, about ten people from the Indian subcontinent, who have influenced the Asian culture in the UK over the last fifty years. Swedish and British radio and television have often referred to him as the fastest keyboard player in the world. Sami has performed for prestigious music festivals to sold-out stadia of his solo concert tours all over the world in over forty countries.
As a classical concert pianist, Sami has had the honour of giving "solo" Royal Command performances before the King of Sweden and King Hussein of Jordan.
In 2008, he was presented the Naushad Music Award by Andhra Pradesh Department of Culture, at Hyderabad. In 2008 he also won "Best International Act" at the UK Asian Music Awards.
He was presented the Life Time Achievement Award in 2010 from Pakistan Television.
