British Navy leads the way as Iraqi sailors learn to safeguard nation's oil trade
The Royal Navy officer stood behind an Iraqi sailor steering a new coastal patrol boat along the edge of his nation's territorial waters. Ahead was a large cargo ship bearing a Panamanian flag, but with the name of a North Korean port painted on its hull. Captain Jamie McMichael-Phillips gave the order to make radio contact.
