At my residence, Ms. JI-AN OSMILLO, running 20 years old. A student at the Banga Notre Dame school. WATCH-OUT FOR THIS petite GIRL who happens to have acquired tremendous voice quadruple her stature. She sings,dances and does the martial arts, etc. Singing is her main passion owing to their blood line. With an elder sister, honey, graduate nurse who sings too. Brant, the youngest boy, sings well. Her mother composes, sings and works as a Nurse overseas. Her brother Christian Paul (CP) is a prolific lead guitarist &performs over live-band's group. We used to commit gigs in the past but the band which I managed with CP,(The DRAINED BAND, 2007champion at the Tinalak Festival),disintegrated but not losing power.. Of course Ji-an was with us doing live performances when she was still younger& I was little bit younger too. Now, we're preparing for the 2010 Christmas treats at the Protect Center Gimmicks! Koronadal City!

It was due to half of it being made with Movie Maker and the other half with the awesome Sony Vegas. It was a giant leap to make, I can tell you, not easy. If anyone can guess where the transition is, to within 10 seconds, I'll dedicate a video to them :P There's a crap bit near the middle, sorry. I swear it improves again though. I went back to try and improve it but due to the complicated Vegas/Movie Maker switch-over thing it was too much trouble, I got in a huge mess. So it had to stay. It's not that long. Also sorry for the couple of loose clips - I went back to re-render them 5 times (5!) but for some reason they remain. I wish to reuse the "i'm-new-to-vegas" clause here. This little Taiji-form was developed by some Taiji-teachers from Belgium for the project of the Logo-team of the province Limburg : Fall prevention by seniors. The 4 basic forces which are Peng, Lu, Ji, An, built together the movement: "Grasp the birds tail". This movement is performed right and left. The following movements compose the whole form : 1. Preparation 2.Opening : step out to the left. 3." Raise the Qi". 4.Peng with one step forward. 5. "Grasp the birds tail right and left. 6. "Cross the hands". 7.Close : step back with the left foot. The movie is made by Josée Dilissen, one of the cursists of the Initiation course 2007 in Overpelt. The form is executed by Hilda Cardinaels and some cursists. On demand of the cursist it was filmed also on the backside because they find this easier to follow.

practice of peng lu ji an 1. with horse stance. a. upward peng (shang peng) and downward lu (xia lu) (2x) b. ji and an (2x) c. peng lu ji an. 2. with bow stance. a. peng lu (2x) with left bow stance and right bow stance. b. ji an (2x) with left and then right bow stance c. peng lu ji an with left and then right bow stance note: 1. standing practice, peng lu ji an postures in horse stance may be assumed for 3 to 5 min or even upto 25 min. this is to practice awareness of everything in stillness and also getting more "relaxations". 2. the clip only showed 2 times of practice, actually, we may practice them 25 times or more in a row. again it is to practice awareness of everything in movement. do not use any effort or exert any "force". we just move slowly, evenly and continuously. ref: www.authorhouse.com
