SHARES in Ten Network Holdings entered a trading halt today pending an announcement by the broadcaster and outdoor advertiser about changes to its management and board.
Ten said the announcement would be made “later today”.
The trading halt will last until Friday morning, or when the announcement is made.
Ten announced on February 23 that it had terminated the contract of managing director Grant Blackley, who was replaced on an interim basis by board member Lachlan Murdoch.
Mr Murdoch was one of a number of additions to the Ten board following a series of share purchases involving James Packer's Consolidated Media, Mr Murdoch's Illyria, and Gina Rheinhardt's HPPL Group.
