Im not going to but it is a question that I really need answered. And if there is a way, what are the side-effects?

also, I asked because Ive heard of a procedure from a friend that its called "Laser Eye Surgery" but its illegal in some states and can leave you blind.

yes there is - but to be fair - it's a procedure that could leave you blind...or even losing both of your eyes if it goes wrong.
...it's just a bad idea...
