The Nobel Peace Prize Award Ceremony is being held on Saturday 10 December in Oslo, Norway, but the 2010 Peace Prize Laureate, Chinese writer and humans right activist Liu Xiaobo, will be represented by an empty chair. Liz Jackson spoke to Liu Xiaobo in China before his imprisonment and you can see the video here. [Subtitled]
