Makenzie's struggle to lose weight and build confidence during tonight's episode of "I Used to Be Fat" particularly resonated with female viewers--each and every one of us has at some point felt the pressure to be thin and pretty, as if that's what it takes to be lovable. Luckily, along her physical transformation Makenzie learned the truth about dating, which is that loving oneself is what matters most.
So has Makenzie finally come to appreciate herself, faults and all? Well, just like all people, she has good days and bad, but the one thing she's not wasting her time worrying about anymore is finding a husband. In this video update, the newly slender college student shares her epiphany that she's way too young for a serious relationship, and that hey, "Boys are stupid." Sing it, sister.

On tonight's episode of "I Used To Be Fat," we saw firsthand the impact that working out with other people can have on improving motivation. Makenzie was struggling to push harder during her fitness sessions, but once her trainer asked her friends and family to tag along at the gym, something clicked and she became more determined to nail the exercises. Want that same drive? Check out this week's "Trainer Tips" for some great workouts that you can do with a buddy.

On tonight's episode of "I Used To Be Fat," we met Makenzie, a high school graduate desperate to shed 100 pounds before she went off to college. Her father put a lot of pressure on her to fit the "ideal image" of a young woman, and he had a lot of opinions about her love life, often suggesting that without a body makeover she'd never find the man of her dreams. Even after her dramatic weight loss, his first question was whether or not she'd started dating anyone.
+ Do you think Makenzie's dad has a right to voice his views on dating, or should he mind his own business? Take the poll, then sound off in the comments about your own experience with opinionated family members.

We've spent a lot of time getting to know Pauly D over the past year, so it's not often that we read an article on him that contains surprising information; however; we did find quite a few fresh (and really random) items in Us magazine's "25 Things You Don't Know About Me: Pauly D" feature.
The seven statements below aren't exactly the reporting scoop of a lifetime, but at least we now know to stop ordering tuna fish sandwiches for lunch when Pauly swings by the "Jersey Shore Hook-up" studio. And to have plenty of apples on hand.
1. I don't eat any fish.
6. I make my bed every day.
8. I fly home once a week for a haircut -- same guy for 14 years!
9. I used to watch "Home Improvement" all the time with my dad growing up.
13. I am a neat freak.
15. I get a manicure every other week. A DJ's hands have to look good.
18. I eat three to four apples a day.

Fresh off her romantic holiday jaunt in St. Barts, Olivia Palermo made an appearance at the Ermenegildo Zegna show during Milan Fashion Week. The former "City" star nailed her menswear look by pairing the bright number with a pair of marigold Kurt Geiger pumps and a structured Hermes clutch. Perhaps the biggest eye-catching detail, however, was her brand new pose (we've never seen anything besides her signature cross-legged stance).
+ Are you feeling Olivia's head-to-toe style or is the color scheme too loud for the dead of winter? Sound off in the comments!

The grocery store is a confusing place: Deciphering food labels is tricky and low-fat snacks can sometimes taste like cardboard. To help, we put a series of new edibles to a taste test. Here's what MTV.com's staff of discerning eaters had to say:
FOR A SALT CRAVING
Annie Chun's Roasted Seaweed Snacks
Placing these next to the cookies at first made them a hard sell, but once we relocated them, they became a huge hit. "I would eat these every day," said senior editor Tamar Anitai. "They're salty and have a nice texture." At only 30 calories a serving (which is 10 sheets), they're a great snack that satiates a salt craving.
FOR A SODA CRAVING
Metromint Peppermint, Spearmint and Goodberrymint Water
Most people were already familiar with this unsweetened water brand but hadn't actually tried their all-natural flavors. Here's what staffers had to say: "Wow, this tastes refreshingly good," said production assistant Whitney Little. "Are you sure there's no sugar in it?" Nope! Here's another: "The spearmint wakes you up; it's like aromatherapy, without tasting chemically," said senior editor/producer Lisa Chudnofsky. It's not loaded in artificial sweeteners the way many flavored waters are, so if you're looking for a little more from your H20, this is a great alternative.
FOR A CANDY CRAVING
Stretch Island Fruit Co. All-Natural Fruit Strip
The next time you need a little sugary chew, tear open one of these tangy snacks. "It has better texture than a Fruit Roll-Up, but not as flavorful," said supervising producer Tom Akel. That seems like a fair assessment, considering Fruit Roll-Ups are made with corn syrup and sugar.
FOR A SWEET TOOTH
Bear Naked 100% Pure And Natural Soft-Baked Granola Cookies
They use raisins, walnuts, cranberries and almonds in lieu of chocolate yet still manage to be yummy! "They're actually much bigger than cookies I normally snack on, so I could see myself just needing to eat one of these," production assistant Craig Nadler commented.

JWOWW's got a new look, but don't worry, it doesn't involve wearing more clothing. The sexy "Jersey Shore" star shared in the latest issue of Life & Style Weekly that her plight to lose weight through healthy dieting and exercise has majorly paid off--she's lost a total of 20 pounds! "I can fit into the jeans I wore when I was 21!" she told the mag. (Sigh, ours are stuffed in a dusty box labeled "The Good Ole Days.")
An essential part of Jenni's gradual slim-down included cutting back on the alcoholic bevvies, or at least the ones that induce the biggest hangover. In Seaside she stuck to ordering "vodka-seltzer, no cranberry, nothing fruity" so she could still make it to the gym the following morning.
+ Check out this pic of Jenni taken by Life & Style Weekly (on newsstands now), then tell us what you think of her new bod!

This week's premiere of "Skins" was racy on all accounts (voyeurism, pill popping and theft! Oh, my!). While the episode focused on Tony's relentless need to help his buddy Stanley get deflowered, we also met their friend Tea, the undercover lesbian cheerleader with a tough attitude. Judging by the sneak peek below, wethinks she meets her love match next week (but of course, we can only infer at this point because the video is more like a silent film). OK, that's enough talking from us, we'll let the clip speak for itself...

"Jersey Shore" airs Thursdays at 10/9c, but you don’t have to wait 'til then to check out the raw footage. Throughout the week, we’ll be sifting through the Jersey Shore Dailies to make sure you're getting your fill of the crew in Seaside. Check out the latest featured clip below.
The first time we really caught a glimpse of Pauly D sans his signature blowout was back in Miami, and the whole world swooned. While the sex-ay Rhode Island DJ recently told us that he has no intention of switching up his 'do anytime soon, he had some fun experimenting with the Justin Bieber look this summer in Seaside. Check out the "Jersey Shore Daily" clip below, where he intentionally goes into the confessional without his armor of hair products to protect him.

As the lyrics say, breaking up is hard to do, and if you share a child with someone, it can be the hardest thing you EVER have to do. In her episode of "16 and Pregnant," Chelsea ended things with Adam, her baby's father, after he sent her a cruel text message that called Aubree a "mistake," but we came to realize on tonight's episode of "Teen Mom 2" that she hadn't completely moved on.
As Adam now reenters the picture, Chelsea seems torn over what to do. Should she give the relationship another go despite all of the pain he caused her? In this clip from our latest "Teen Mom 2 After Show," Chelsea explains that while she couldn't be sure Adam had changed, she didn't want to give up on her dream of having a family with him. "He came back when I was lonely... . It felt like home," she tells SuChin Pak. Watch the video, then take the poll and share whether or not you think she should wipe the slate clean and start over with Adam.
