Remember when Whitney Port and Ben Nemtin sucked face along the beaches of Hawaii? Well, turns out they're not the only couple that's fond of a little seaside PDA. Over the holiday, Olivia Palermo and her boyfriend Johannes Huebl walked along the shore of St. Barts, then parked it on the sand and groped each other (which, let's be honest, is nothing new for them). Both pairs look adorable together, but which do you think is engaged in the hotter make-out sesh? Take the poll and pick a winner!

The last time we spotted pictures of Whitney Port, she was posing in her undies for Maxim magazine, but on New Year's Eve, she proved that she looks just as good when dressed to the nines. At The Cosmopolitan Hotel's star-studded New Year's Eve Bash (Jay-Z, Kanye West and Chris Martin of Coldplay put on a private show), Whit posed for photographers in a dazzling emerald green dress with poufy shoulders, nude heels and an abstract gold necklace.
+ Are you digging Whitney's shiny frock, or is there too much metallic mania? Sound off in the comments!

Early this summer we reported that Whitney Port was shedding her good girl image for a spread in Maxim magazine, and lookie here--the photos are in! Dolled up in delicate undergarments, with voluminous hair and entrancing cat eyes, Whit definitely stepped out of her comfort zone for this photo shoot (wonder if boyfriend Ben Nemtin will tape up the pics inside "The Buried Life" bus?). So did her practice "come-hither" poses (check 'em out here) pay off? Get a look at these shots from the January 2011 issue of Maxim and let us know what you think!

Being able to see through someone's top is no longer an indication that you're at a trashy bowling party; in fact, sporting peekaboo lace is very fashionable these days. Both former "Hills" and "City" starlets have been wearing the delicate fabric up and down the red carpet, and we've definitely taken notice.
Kristin Cavallari recently went for the gusto in a revealing long-sleeved dress, while her old costar Lo Bosworth added just a touch of the style along her sleeves. Over in Manhattan, Olivia Palermo rocked a lace frock with ruffles along the trim and Whitney Port donned a chic and contemporary number at the VH1 Divas event.
+ Check out the photos of these fashion-forward girls, then let us know who you think looked the best in sheer lace!

Even though it's not uncommon to see people dress casually at award shows, couples typically select outfits that complement one another...don't they? At Sunday night's AMA awards, Whitney Port looked absolutely stunning in an ombre one-shoulder Rafael Cennamo dress. Her super-cute man Ben Nemtin (from MTV's "The Buried Life") opted for a much more laid-back look and wore gray slacks (which matched her pumps, so we'll give him kudos for that), lace-up sneakers, a T-shirt and a vest.
+ Do you like Whitney and Ben's style, or is there too much contrast between them? Take the poll and let us know!

Attending back-to-back events is not for the fashionably sluggish. If you want to stand out then you have to bring it, and yesterday Whitney Port did just that. The former "City" star attended IN ADD MINUS' flagship store launch party wearing a head-to-toe look from the design house. The olive trousers, oversize blouse and cropped leather jacket combo was simply dynamite! So did she wear it to the next fete of the night? Nope! Whit headed up the coast to Malibu for US Weekly's Hot Hollywood party at The Colony and swapped her menswear-esque ensemble for a total glam-rock frock. The only thing that stayed the same was her sleek, straight hair (is she retiring the curls already?).
+ Which outfit do you like better: the casual slacks or the sparkly holiday dress? Sound off in the comments!

Rumor has it that wedding bells may be in Lo Bosworth's and Whitney Port's near future. Life & Style's Scene Queens are reporting that Lo's longtime beau Scott Hochstadt is very close to putting an engagement ring on it. "Lo has informed him of exactly what she wants: 3.5 carat diamond in a round or emerald cut setting and a very simple band," the Queens' source shared. And apparently, Whitney Port and Ben Nemtin from MTV's "The Buried Life" aren't too far behind. "I wouldn't be surprised if she and [Ben] got engaged in the next six months," a friend of Whitney's confided to them. Take that, Freddie Fackelmayer!

Here at Remote Control, we're constantly posting hot shots of MTV's former "Hills" stars all dolled up and radiating glamour at red carpet events, but today we thought we'd show you what they look like during their downtime. See these pics? They're some of our all-time favorites of the girls because this is exactly what we look like on a day off from work, waiting around at the airport or running errands on a weekend. It's comforting to know that us regular folk aren't the only ones willing to walk out in public without a good hair-brushing and nose-powdering.
And for the record, Lauren Conrad, Whitney Port, Audrina Patridge, Stephanie Pratt and Kristin Cavallari are stunning no matter what they wear. They're just more relatable without the gobs of mascara and designer dresses. (Can we get a shout-out for hoodies and leggings, please?)

Uber-outspoken Patti Stanger of "Millionaire Matchmaker" fame is a notorious curly hair hater (actual quote: "If you want to keep it curly, go to Israel”), often ordering the girls who audition for a date with her wealthy club members to get a blow-out before the initial mixer. We're part of the curly-headed tribe, and have always taken Patti's criticism with a grain of salt, but the website NaturallyCurly.com says they've had enough of the frizz-bashing.
According to TooFab.com, the editors fired off an angry letter to Stanger, accusing her of "fueling insecurities and spreading a notion that you can only be attractive with smooth, straight hair." They even equate her prejudiced statements to asking women to change their skin color or eye color to attract a man. (Hey, it works for Snooki and JWOWW.)
We don't really have an opinion either way--the letter was obviously written to gain publicity (which, hey, nice work!)--but we thought we'd post these beauty shots of Lauren Conrad and Whitney Port (who both have loyal boyfriends) wearing their 'do's both straight and wavy, then put the question over to you: Which hairstyle do you like better on these ladies?
