A forensic expert from the International Commission on Missing Persons uncovers a set of human remains on the shore of Lake Perucac during service maintenance on the dam when the lake is drained near the eastern Bosnian town of Visegrad, 70 kms east of Bosnian capital of Sarajevo, on Thursday, Aug. 5, 2010. This location is one of 15 established locations along the banks and bottom of an artificial lake used as a reservoir for a local hydro power plant. According to the Commission on Missing Persons, hundreds of partial or complete human remains are scattered along flooded banks and the lake bed. Visegrad was the site of one of the most notorious ethnic cleansing campaigns led by Bosnian Serb at the beginning of the 1992-1995 war.
