Tri-Met AGAIN

Hey Lars,

Lets see, Light Rails cost are how many millions per mile, $220M, and in that mile, there is not one.........not even a Gate.....not a Ramp, not even a SKY HOOK........so Tri-Met has to shut down one of the two Light Rail runs that have riders......due to a Drunk that drove his Car down the tracks.......and for that amount of Money per mile you would think that there could be a GATE to discourage people from Driving down the tracks...........GAWD, the train doesn't run when it's icy, or snow, and if it gets cold. And when Drunks try to Emulate a Light Rail Train, they have to use WHAT........Buses.......Why don't we just start there, seems buses do a better job and cost much less, But I don't hold a "Degree" in Transportation......
