Today we’ve got buckwheat waffles! They come with hashbrowns, tofu scramble and fruit salad…..there’s nothing better then hot fresh waffles on a saturday morning.

Also…we’ve got a very pink roasted beet and turnip soup.

Last night our very own Dana “The Space Dragon”, traveled to the future and brought back with him the ‘ULTRA BURGER 3000!’ for today’s special:
-a southern fried tofu wrapped up and tucked into a veggie burger. Topped with sautéed mushroom, marinated tomatoes, rice cheese, kona (Hawaiian coffee) BBQ sauce, on a bun. Holy shmoly! -$10.95
