Museum Hours in New York City
COOPER-HEWITT, NATIONAL DESIGN MUSEUM
Open Monday-Friday 10am-5pm;
Saturday 10am-6pm;
Sunday 11am-6pm.
Note: Closed Thanksgiving Day, December 25, and January 1
AMERICAN INDIAN MUSEUM, GEORGE GUSTAV HEYE CENTER
Open daily 10am-5pm;
Thursdays open until 8pm.

Admission
Admission is FREE for all Smithsonian museums in Washington, D.C., the Zoo, and the American Indian Museum's George Gustav Heye Center in New York
A fee is required at the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum in New York (Members and children under age 12 are admitted free)
