"In 2008, The nation was ready for transformation, but the president gave us transaction.

Subject: Obama - a GOP mole?

Hi Bart,

I've asked this before, less directly, but need to ask again.
Is it possible, and I know this sounds crazy-paranoid, that Obama is some kind of MOLE?
Maybe they selected him over Hillary because he promised somebody he'd crash the Dems real good.

IF the mantra, "Don't you know what he's up against?" holds water, then he should have been on
television again and again and again to explain just HOW the monolith of GREED, of hundreds of
billions of dollars in the hands of a few, keeps us human beings from helping each other.

FUCK this, "You wouldn't understand," or "state secrets" nonsense!
The guy's supposed to be accountable to ME and YOU, isn't he?

Keep them in the dark, they won't vote for you.
If we could see that coming, don't you think Barry could?
Just a game to keep us morons busy while they rape us...

What do you think, Bart?
 sloth

I think it's highly unlikely that he's a mole, but...
if he refuses to come to work in 2011 we're going to need some answers.

Subject: It wasn't just Democrats who lost

Although the number of Democrats who lost in the 2010 election was huge it wasn't just Democrats who lost.
There was also a huge number of Republicans who lost in the 2010 election as well. They lost to Tea Party
candidates in the primaries. This is the third election in a row where the voters wanted to throw the bums out.

Democrats made the mistake of thinking that in 2006 and 2008 that the country voted FOR Democrats when
they were voting AGAINST Republicans. Because the Democrats have won so many seats there were far
fewer Republicans to vote against.

The people are clearly dissatisfied with Congress. It would be a mistake for Republicans to think that people
voted FOR them. In the next election there will be more Republicans to vote against unless Republicans and
Democrats start putting the People first and fix the mess they created.

Subject: New contest!

Hey Bart, how about a new contest to guess the impeachment date.

We know that they will impeach Obama because he's only half white,
so let's play a guessing game to predict the date on which right wing racism
becomes the official policy of the United States House Of Representatives.

That came true about 8PM Central Tuesday night.

I pick March 21, the day after the Vernal Equinox.
Full moons always have a major impact on those afflicted by fear and superstition.
Hammer On!

  Zombywoof

I'll go with Dec 19th, 2011 as the day they impeach him
and Feb 12 as the day the Senate finds him Not Guilty.

Subject: Blanche Lincoln

Hi Bart,

Please clarify something with me.  I'm just not getting it.
What is the big deal with the GOP winning the House on Tuesday?

Everyone acts like NOW there is going to be gridlock in Washington and
that Obama isn't going to be able to get anything done.  Am I missing something?
Weren't ALL the GOP already doing that?  The GOP were successful at blocking
literally everything Obama was doing, even though the Dems had control of everything.

Reason being is that the blue dogshit democrats who are really GOPs in sheep's clothing were
the ones that allowed every blockage to happen.  For the record, I hate blue dogshit demos
even more than I hate the GOP.  During the past 2 years, Obama laid out his plans, GOP huffed
and puffed blew their small dicks down, then Obama wanted to play nicey nicey with them thinking
that they would overlook his skin color and accept him so he watered everything down and even
repeated some of Bushes fuck ups, and the GOPs and blue dogshits still said no.

Tell me....anyone see anything different here?

By the way, have you heard if Blanche Lincoln won the senate?
Last I heard her GOP counterpart was ahead, but I never heard about the results.

Take care, and stay warm,
 Diane

What has changed is the GOP are now "in control" of the House.
It's their job to dream up bills that they think Obama might sign.

The game has changed to "
In the summer of 2012 what can we accuse the
other side of doing
that will help our candidate win the White House?"

If Obama continues his surrenderfest way of being president, we almost certainly
will be looking at President Palin in 2013 unless the GOP can find a way to stop her.

And yes, Blanche Lincoln lost which confuses me because she fought Obama
at every turn so why didn't those wacky Teabagging Arkies eat that shit up?

Subject: Are you pissed off?

So am I, dude. So am I.

So I'd like your help on a project I'm starting to get 20 million Democrats to kick in $20 a month
to beat back the right-wing bastards that are killing this country. I've detailed my proposal here:

I'm posting it in as many Democratic/liberal sites as I can and I'm asking for help.

These assholes aren't going to keep me down. I FIGHT BACK.
Keep swingin' the big hammer.
 Joe M

Joe, will all due respect - who are you?

I've been doing this since 1996 so if somebody's going to throw money
at the cause they could do a lot worse than throw it at  bartcop.com

Koresh knows it does no good to send it to the "Surrender early and often"  Democrats.

What'd be really nice is if some millionaire read this and said, "Fuck it,"
and sent me $100K so I could put some helpers to work and concentrate
on attacking the sons of bitches instead of worrying about staying afloat.

Subject: carnage in Georgia

Georgia is carnage.

Jane Kidd, Head of the Georgia Democratic Party, is our very own George W. Bush.
Please Bart, won't you come to Atlanta and kick somebody's ass?

I'll pick you up at the airport and drive you over there, then afterwards I'll take you
and Mrs. Bart out for some of the finest refreshments and dirtiest nightlife around.
Pump Hammertime through my woofers, even!

I'd do it myself but I'm a small woman, and need your muscle.
(I'm emailing this so you can send me your flight number.)
  Kimberly Blue in Roswell, Georgia

Kimberly, that sounds like fun but these days I'm more mouth than muscle.
Plus, the Democrats' problems are coast-to-coast, not just in Georgia.

“Mike Palecek reminds me of Socrates the gadfly who asked unwelcome questions,
Diogenes with his lantern looking in vain for an honest man,
Chekhov the man with the hammer challenging the complacent family to share their meal,
Kerouac the ever on the move, somewhat hysterical searcher, and he reminds me of many
Americans who as children were so blasted with propaganda that they’re devoting the rest
of their lives to challenging the lies and all who tell them. In this land where babies are
brought by storks and buildings collapse due to unpatriotic bricks, we need the gadfly
because no leader, preacher, guru, or saint will wake us up, though the Doomsday clock
is ticking close to twelve.”

Subject: some good news about elections

Bart, I see two pieces of good news about the election results.  First, the Tea Party
is going to be as difficult for the Repubs as the Blue Dogs have been for the Democrats.

Second, the biggest problem for small businesses (like mine) has been the leaders of the
House Small Business Committee, one of whom got a 0% rating from the National Association
of Small Businesses and Entrepreneurs, the other of whom was named by the American Small
Business League as the single most anti-small business member of Congress.

Remember, these are the leaders of the Small Business Committee!
The ASBL referred to one of these two as "the epitome of the type of person
who should not be in Congress."  So, at the least, we'll be rid of them...and it's
possible their Repub replacements will be better (it's not possible they will be worse)!

Subject: last issue's history mystery

Hi Bart,
Tom Petty- haha! Good one.

 Last issue's history mystery

That is actually Julian Beck and his wife Judith Malina - the co-founders of New York's
The Living Theater, which specialized in shocking it's audiences out of their 50's-era complacency.

Most people probably remember him as the creepy old guy from Poltergeist II.
Not  sure what the occasion here is, but it looks like maybe they just got  married?
Cheers,
 Jake in L.A.
