A federal judge in California overturned the state’s ban on gay marriage. Known as Prop 8, which rhymes with hate and created a catchy little slogan for the gay folks is now moving on to the next step in this boring ass process. The judge says the ban violates the 14th amendment and something called “Due Process,” which living in Texas we know nothing about.

Sure, that ruling makes sense. Sure, it’s the right decision. But, don’t let that stop this case from going all the way to the United States Supreme Court where Chief Justice Roberts will stop beating off to scat videos long enough to rule that gays and lesbians should not marry and should be forced to live in border states taking out drug mules in exchange for domestic partner benefits.

My office overlooks the entrance to the Public Employees Credit Union. I have never seen an attractive person enter or leave the building. It gives me the sads. Plus, the sign is missing the “L” in “Public” which is just too obvious.
