Governments must take action to end discrimination against women in accessing the resources necessary to produce food. Without this, the goal to eradicate hunger will not be achieved.

Women farmers produce 60-80% of the food in poor countries but only own 1% of the land. Unless their rights are increased, hunger will never be eradicated.
