Obama and Cameron are knowingly sending soldiers to die in vain

So many young lives snuffed out.

The politicians know the game is up in Afghanistan and are just waiting for a politically acceptable moment to proclaim a phoney triumph and leave the Afghans to their own devices.

It is dismaying when soldiers die needlessly. It is despicable when they are knowingly asked to die in vain.
