BAFOs for Brittany

BAFOs are due today in the tender for the €3.4bn Brittany to Pays de la Loire high-speed rail PPP. Three consortia are bidding:  Vinci, Eiffage and Bouygues . Vinci is being advised by SG and Gide; Eiffage by Rothschild; and Bouygues by Dexia and Natixis. Advisers to RFF are HSBC and Jones Day.
